Description of Work: They were on time. They quoted me 3 days to do all my windows but only took a day and a half. The crew was great made sure everything was perfect inside and out. Windows are very well made and have made a huge difference in the house. The cleaned up everything then went over each window again to make sure is was perfect.

Description of Work: Wonder Windows installed 22 windows and one sliding glass door. The installer was professional and highly knowledgeable. He was respectful of the cold winds outside and planned the installation to reduce any heat loss to a minimum. Wonder Windows price was substantially lower than the other bids and it caused me some initial concern. After the install there was no change in price and I was extremely satisfied.

Description of Work: Supplied and installed 9 new OKNA Thermal Insul-Tec windows, repaired any damaged window frames, attached outside siding around window frames of 12 windows.

Description of Work: Wonder Windows will install 1 Kitchen window, a window on my stairs and 3 windows in a bedroom.

Description of Work: They put 8 windows in and did a great job. We noticed there is quite a reduction in noise with these windows, big difference with the exterior look of our home with our new windows as well. Job was completed in one day and they were very nice and cleaned up when they were done.

Description of Work: Did NOT use! Price was competitive when "finally" received. Took over a week after saleman's visit to get quote. Salesman continually interrupted and did NOT say; I'm sorry, when dining room chair he sat in broke. It will cost $55 to repair. |Didn't believe lack of concern for our time & property would be a good fit for installation; despite decent product, price & neigbor recommendation of company.

Description of Work: We wanted to have five windows and an entry door (with sidelites and transom) replaced. We signed a contract with the sales representative in our home. The next day we went to the showroom to talk with the owner about the details regarding the entry door since the representative knew very little about it but pressured us to sign the contract the day before. Then an employee came to our house to take measurements. He was rude and angry. He damaged our entry door while taking measurements. Two or three weeks later the owner came to our house and told us that the job is worth twice as much as estimated ($5900 was the original estimate). In fact he did not know the real cost of the entry door unit and also was not comfortable doing the whole entry system, relatively complex job for them. We really liked the style of OKNA windows so we agreed to proceed with the windows. However our old windows were new construction vinyl windows and the owner described the difficulties and problems that may occur because of that. We became nervous that the company won't manage to do the job well and at the end we decided to go with a different company. |The owner told us about plans to improve the pricing system and despite that we wasted a lot of time and energy trying to do business with his company we wish him the best. Hopefully there will be also better collaboration between salespeople and management so they won't solicit the business that the company does not want. |

Description of Work: We purchased 10 double hung vinyl windows. We are happy with the quality and price of OKNA INSUL-TEK windows. However we were not happy that only 1 installer showed up for the install. One window was broken during transport and another nearly dopped when being carried upsstairs by the lone installer. |We got estimates from 4 other window installers. Wonder Windows had by far the best price for good quality windows. (I researched all of the brands online). Although WW can use some spit and polish on ther customer service and need at least 2 installers/job, they offer the best quality/price products.

Description of Work: The representative was very nice and came out to give me an estimate on window replacement. Never heard from him or received an estimate after he left. Poor followup. I won't do business with a company I can't fully rely on.

Description of Work: Total work by WW over the past year included a patio door and 10 Farley windows. Price was excellent as was installation. An order mistake with 3 two-lite slider windows was handled in a totally satisfactory manner. Would use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Description of Work: Replaced 14 windows with white custom trim around each window to match our siding.
