It went well, except for a couple of glitches with communication with the sales staff. The first one came with the blackout shades. I was replacing one with another one they had provided the previous homeowner. I asked that it be the same color but when it showed up it was not the same color even though the color was readily available on the top of the blind. In addition, there was a misunderstanding about bottom up and top down. I wanted it to be both but she misunderstood. Since I am not sure who misunderstood, and the contract said std cord, it was reordered with a $65 upcharge for me to make it bottom up and top down. I do want to note that she took great care to send me samples this time and have me check. I then ordered the same blackout shades for two more windows but --once again there was a misunderstanding and I received an extra shade for a window I was not going to replace. However, in the long run, I accepted it and really have no leg to stand on as the contract clearly showed 4. Just a little disconcerted that these slipups happened twice. I would advise you to check your contract carefully. Had I done so it would have helped. However, their response time was excellent, their installers were polite and competent, and the product was excellent and reasonably priced.

This was our 2nd purchase from Blindsexpress.com. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant in answering all our questions about measuring the windows accurately, the differences between manufacturers products, and shipping. The selection of blinds and window treatments is exceptional and prices are very reasonable. The ordering process is easy and any discounts available are clearly marked and applied to the order. Our blinds arrived very quickly after ordering, by ~5 days for the sheer horizontal and by ~9 days for the cellular. Installation of the blinds was fairly easy and the instructions provided were good. The sheer horizontal blind fit the window and looks great. When a problem with the cellular blinds arose, customer service, after communication by email and phone, was prompt and helpful. The issue was resolved by having replacement blinds delivered in a few days. We are already planning our next purchase for the next room renovation project.
