During the hottest week of the summer, this past July, Jon and his crew worked tirelessly to complete this job efficaciously in one long day. As with everything they've ever done for me, they were professional, responsive, dependable, honest, punctual, competent, neat, cooperative, and courteous. I feel as though I can always count on them to take care of any HVAC needs whenever they arise. Jon once even came to my home, in a spur-of-the-moment situation, to help me successfully locate a kitten that had crawled into the ductwork. I would find it hard to believe that there's a better and more caring HVAC company in the Rochester area than Wilcox Service. I'm a customer for life.

They did a wonderful job and even came back a month later to make sure everything looked good. They do routine check ups now and are very clean and professional. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Wilcox Service Company Ontario, NY 14519 On 12/21 our furnace was making a very loud noise, and we called Sears since we have a maintenance contract with them. However the first available date was January 2, 2018, because our furnace was technically still working. After being on the phone for a long period of time, I finally got the OK to call a local contractor, as I did not feel safe in our home. I contacted Wilcox Service Company, and they informed me that someone would be at my house after they finished a job for that day, and thus arrived 1/2 hour later on 12/21. Ben went way beyond what was expected for him to do. He also explained to us that we were safe in our house. However, if the part broke we would be without heat and it was very cold in Rochester, NY that week. He had to contact Sears Parts in Rochester, and they advised him to call Debbie Supply. Then he had to call Sears Maintenance back to get approval for the amount, since the parts cost over $300, went to Debbie Supply a few times, and also Sears Parts in Rochester. The part also needed a kit, thus he had to return to Debbie Supply. Ben advised us that whenever the part came in, he would install it for us, even if it was on the weekend. The kit came in on 12/27 and Ben called and said he would be here. However, his boss, John Wilcox, called to advise us that Ben should instead see us on Thursday 12/28, which was OK with us as we would be his first appointment of the day. The furnace works great, and Sears came out on 1/8/2018 to verify that the work was completed to Sears satisfaction. Sears has also reimbursed us for the service completed by Wilcox Service Company We would use Wilcox Service Company again and highly recommend them to anyone. Janet & George

Excellent service - very personable and very knowledgeable

Excellent work.

It is a pretty new company. The guy does a lot of commercial works for us before he has worked for another company. Now, he is on his own, and the work he does is very good and outstanding. He is very honest, and his work is very efficient. He is also upfront on whatever is needed to get done. He does heating and air conditioning. He also does a lot of stuff here, but heating and air conditioning is his specialty. He has not done anything else for me, but he has done work for a friend of mine. He repaired a hot water tank and hot water heater. I would definitely use them again.
