Did not show up when scheduled. Did not call to say they were behind on jobs and would not be able to come on scheduled day. They called the following day to tell me they need to re-schedule. I asked why missed jobs the previous day weren't first in queue the next day, they promptly replied that we'll cancel you and hung up on me. Business must be good to be so rude to a customers.

They did the job on the day they said they would be there. They were professional and gave us some tips on how to best take care of our new driveway (3 years old). They did a great job and will not hesitate to hire them again.

On Monday, 6/8/2015, I called for an estimate. Deanna told me via the phone the estimate would be 128.00, incl. tax. I had scheduled the work to be performed on Friday, 9/25/15, as this was a good Friday/weekend to not use the driveway. After coordinating schedules with family members not to use the driveway this weekend, bring their dogs, etc., this co. never even called to let me know they would not be doing the work. On Friday, 9/25/15, the day they were supposed to be here, I called at 3:30 pm and the answering machine came on, "we are either away from the desk or with other customers". I called them again at 4:04 pm and left another message to kindly call me and let me know whether or not they were coming. At 4:20 p.m., Michelle B. called the house and said, "they work until 7 p.m., and they will be there". They NEVER showed up, NEVER had the courtesy to call and say they would not be doing the driveway. This lack of integrity in a business is unbelievable! By the way, our next door neighbor used: Affordable Sealcoating today and there were 3 guys in their driveway at 10:00 a.m. Their driveway looks beautiful. I wish I'd have used that company in the first place. Now I know why none of our neighbors on our street in Victor use this co. Pathetic and inexcusable service. In addition, my elderly mother in law was visiting and I had to keep carrying her walker and oxygen tanks back and forth to the street as that is where I parked the car for the work to be done. Thanks for nothing but aggravation and a ruined day.

When I first called, it was in the evening, I had to leave a message. I received a call back first thing the next morning. I was told someone would come over later in the day to give me an estimate. Someone was at my door 10 minutes later! The estimate I was given was exactly what I was charged. I was called the day before to confirm my appointment. We were not home on the day of service, but when we got home, my husband inspected the driveway and was extremely satisfied! Our driveway had been covered with helicopters & other debris. They did a great job cleaning off the driveway before sealing. They didn't get any sealant on our sidewalk or driveway edging! Our driveway looks beautiful and we will definitely calling them back in the future & recommend them to our friends!

The owner was not on site during the work; he only stopped by later for payment. I do have a small amount of water pooling on one section of the driveway.

The person that came to give the estimate and schedule the sealing was very professional and courteous. They arrived on the scheduled day to seal the driveway. They did not clean the driveway where there were previous fluid leaks . They used a blower and started sealing. We did not stay for the entire job. When we returned and inspected the driveway the next day we found the black sealer on the brick walkway and on the stones which line the driveway. Not a few specks of sealer, large pools of sealer. We contacted the owner , the person that originally came to the house. I expressed my disappointment about the sealer being on areas it wasn't supposed to be. He said it shouldn't be that way, there should not be sealer on anything other than the driveway. We have asked for the owner to come and inspect the work that we are questioning. He has not come to see the work, and continues to stall. I have not paid the company for the work performed. This company did not meet my expectations for Quality, or resolution of problem. I was not looking to get my driveway sealed without paying for it, I was interested in a Quality job at a fair price.

This company was easy to deal with. They were very responsive to coming out and providing an estimate for a driveway cut out and patch. I had called several other local companies who said they would come out for an estimate and those other companies never came. That is very frustrating. This company followed up with me after the estimate, while I was still in the and quot;estimate stageand quot; with other companies and then VERY PROFESSIONALLY followed up one more time. They were not pushy at all, but very customer oriented. I decided to go with them and am very pleased. They called to alert me the day they were coming to cut out the lower portion of my driveway so I was cautious driving into it that afternoon and then called again when they were coming to pave. Their notices were appreciated and they were always right on target with what they said they were going to do. I really don't think you can go wrong with them....professional, courteous, responsive, and reasonably priced.

Its a C job. I would say that the coating was rather thin because the cracks did not get filled in and there are pit marks. It looks nice but, what I want is for it to hold together.

This is the third time we have used Western New York Sealers. We used to do it ourselves, but no more. It is too much work. They are convenient, calling us each year to see if we need their service. They do excellent work and keep our drive in good shape.
