Description of Work: I have been a residential curbside customer for many years and always had exceptional service. My two issues with the company are regarding price and ease of contacting customer service. A new garbage company began doing business in my town at a much lower price. I was going to cancel with Waste Mgt., but I was concerned service would not be as reliable. Once I was able to get through the phone prompts and faulty recording links and talk to a customer service rep., I was able to satisfactorily negotiate a better deal and I remained with Waste Mgt.

Description of Work: Waste Mgmt. is always prompt in performing my garbage collection. The cost is approx. $80/3 mo. period.

 + -1 moreI have had a good experience with them so far. They have done what they are supposed to do so far. The few times that I have needed to call customer service they have been great. The person who answers the phone is polite and good to the customers. I have not had any problems with them. I will continue using them in the future.

Description of Work: Weekly trash collection. When on a few occasions, over the years pickup was missed, they came out next day to rectify. I commend this firm for there high regard to safety and the fact there employees do practice safety always.

 + -1 morePoor. There was no issue until I had to put my service on hold because I was going to be out of town for 2 months. I changed the payment frequency from annual to monthly. There were all kinds of problems with my bill. I knew it wasn't right, but I know that I owed them money, so I sent my check in anyway. Because it was only a one quarter payment and not the full annual payment they suspended my service - it was paid up to date! I decided it wasn't worth the hassle, so I switched companies.
Description of Work: Waste Management was to pick up the trash in front of my house on a weekly basis.
