Description of Work: He repaired the drain pipe under the powder room toilet. I had considered doing the work myself but I'm glad I called him. He knew better how to create a good seal without replacing the pipe in the floor which is what I thought needed to be done.

Description of Work: Our lateral line out to the street backed up on a rainy Sunday afternoon. He was out in a matter of a 2hrs and was able to snake out the drain and pump out the basement. He doesn't have a scope that he can send down the drain. He is kind and tries not to make a mess.

Description of Work: Waida Plumbing installed a garbage disposal and sink fixtures about four month ago. He unclogged a drain on another occasion which was really complicated.

+ 0 moreMike's very friendly. I have dogs and he was very good with them. He's a nice person and he did his work quickly and efficiently.
Description of Work: Mike cleaned the drains and checked a drain I thought was stuffed. It only needed an adjustment and so was very fast. After the drain cleaning, my disposal wasn't working and the water from my dishwasher drained into the sink. He came back to fix that, which took almost no time. Once he got the disposal working, I started using it and within a couple of days, the line was blocked again. So Mike came back and cleaned out the line again and suggested that the plumbing set up wouldn't support the disposal. I stopped using it.

Description of Work: mike waida has completed many jobs for us over the years, including a particularly noxious sewage pipe job in our crawl space, kitchen and bath repairs and installations, hose bib repairs and replacements, etc.

Description of Work: Cleqared a drain clog. Hadn't been able to drain any water in the house, including toilets. Arrived on short notice. Cragge was reasonable. Very personable. Offered sugfestions. Good guy!

+ -1 moreMr. Waida had been recommended by two different people, as being reliable, an excellent plumber and charging reasonable rates. I called and left him a message about what I wanted done. Mr Waida is a one-man-band, so it took him a day to get back to me, but when he called back he said he was familiar with the house and was able to start work that day. As I had received excellent reports and the work was fairly urgent, I didn't ask for an estimate. It was dirty work and took 2 to 3 hours to clean out the drains. Everything went very well and I am very pleased with the results and the price.

+ 0 moreGetting him to come in an emergency is easy. His work is great. He can be slow to respond if it is not an emergency. Keep calling and he will come.
Description of Work: Mike has done three or four jobs for us, including re-running pipes, re-installing a toilet, cleaning our main line, etc. He is fair and honest and his work is of the highest quality. He is a great plumber.

+ -1 moreI have used Waida Plumbing for other jobs and have always been satisfied. The owner is always respectful of our property, even putting down a drop cloth in the basement. I think he may actually under price his services. He is a great value for the money.
Description of Work: I hired Waida Plumbing to repair a cold water line in my basement. The line ran from the basement to the second floor.
