+ -1 moreI didn't understand anything.?I appreciate it. He could have totally taken me to the bank but instead, he pretty much walked me through everything he was doing and told me what was wrong. He made it real simple, he showed me exactly what he was doing, and what was wrong. He showed me how it was broken. I just appreciate it. I still have to have that part put in, so he will come for another visit. That was really good though because got me going through the rest of the winter. I don't really think he could have done anything different or better. I'm not a professional in that field or anything, but I was totally satisfied with what he did. He came right out. He showed up when he was supposed to.
Description of Work: There was a part that was broken in our heater, and he rigged it so it would work so we could afford to get the part. He fixed it. I'm trying to think of the other valve, too, a pressure release valve or something he fixed. We have radiant heat, it's all water.

+ -1 moreThere really wasn't much on that point, he just came in and looked, said he'd be back, and he did. Other than having the parts with him, nothing need to be improved I guess. He didn't know what parts he needed.
Description of Work: He didn't really do anything, he just came over and saw what was the matter with it, but had to get parts and everything. He just found out what was the matter with our heater and what parts he needed and came back and fixed it.
