+ -1 moreSince then we have gotten other quotes that are more economical and we are in the process of getting approval for funding. Their price was quite a bit more so we haven't proceeded with them. I would rate them B overall. It did seem like it took a long time to get the estimate once they had someone out to look at the roof. I think it was four weeks.
Description of Work: Upstate Roofing came out to give as an estimate on our roof. The roof was originally a slate roof then asphalt was put over the top. They were going to make any necessary repairs on the roof and decking and put on new asphalt shingles. There was also one section of wall that needed imitation slate shingles put on.

+ -1 moreI used their emergency line and they called me back exactly when they said. They actually came earlier than they said they would. Their work was very thorough. They even caught a problem on the roof caused by another company that did work here. The price was good. We will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: They removed ice from our roof to stop the leak in our den from ice damming.
