They don't cover our area but were very professional and fast to respond to me where most don't bother.

They are very reliable. People on my street go with other companies and they will be stuck in their driveway when we are not. They are very good at snow removal.

They are an honest company. They don't try to rake you with prices. If they ever mess something up, they are honest and will fix it and leave it to me to fix. Some companies wouldn't tell you or own up to it. They have run into our fence a couple times, it's not a big deal because they have these huge machines, they will fix it no problem.

I have found Trimline to be fantastic in their overall services, and their results. They charge a tad more than some providers, but in exchange offer excellent service, quick responses to problems, and top notch work. Anytime I have had any issues or questions, a quick e-mail or call to Rob (the owner) - who is professional and friendly - are resolved with no hassle. This has been the case with snowplowing my driving for the past two years, along with taking care of mowing and edging my lawn for the past 3 years, no issues at all. I would highly recommend them! One note too - if they cannot do something, or they think they can no longer do something - they will tell you up front. I appreciate this, as I have had other providers really mess things up when they were more concerned with getting the business then ensuring that their client is satisfied.

I have been using their services for eight years. I signed a two year agreement with them for landscaping without even realizing it. However, I had a friend who was able to take on the work instead for much less which is better on me being on a fixed income. They had no problems and cancelled my agreement. They are always forthcoming, pleasant and nice. For their prices, they give you excellent work. I pay for the unlimited slow plowing services. They always have me completely plowed out by 8am every morning. They are really very good and I have never had any problems with them or their service.

They are horrible and I thought they charged me a lot for putting the sod. I was very unhappy with them. They told me how much the dirt cost which might be true but they shocked me. Then the grass didn't grow maybe if the grass had grown I would have said okay. Whatever they planted there it did not grow and it was on top of where a pine tree had previously been. Now, if its needs a different kind of grass because of the ash in the soil then they were supposed to know that stuff. They came when they said they would come. They were very businesslike but didn't do any follow up. I will tell everyone not to use them if they had to ask me. My overall experience with them was lousy.

People from Trimline Landscape Mgmt Inc Company come out when they say they would come out. I also hire them for snow removal and they are very good with that too. They are very responsive. They do what I want them to do. I would continue to use them in the future.
