Tri Town Lawn

We bought the house, and they were the people who had cut it in the past. We had no idea who to use, so we figured it looked okay and they could keep doing it. There is nothing outstanding about them; we didn’t choose them over anybody else. They don’t do any gardening besides mowing the lawn. I can't really say that they are super fabulous, because they just come and mow the lawn. The price depends on the size of the yard. I would tell anybody that is interested in them to contact them and get an estimate based on the size of their yard. They cut the lawn and come on a consistent basis when it's growing. With regard to price, I think that it is too high but it is very much the average of what I think other places are charging here. With regard to responsiveness, I don’t call them and ask them to come; they just come every ten days. They do about four yards in the area. They come about once a week or so when the grass is growing a lot. But it is not one of those things where they have an appointment to come at a certain time. With regard to professionalism, I never meet with guys and I never interact with them.

It’s a small operation. I don’t know what kind of landscaping he does because he just mows for me. The other neighbors actually use him for snow removal. They have him for years. His name if Fred. He’s a simple guy, but he’s very good. He’s reliable. Sometimes it’s better to have people from smaller organizations. They really want the business and they want to keep people happy. He sends me a little statement with the service dates. It’s usually 3 to 4 dates of service. They came 4 times in May and he sent me a bill for it in the middle of June. For snow removal, one needs to pay ahead of time. If it doesn’t snow that much, he’ll still get it out. It there’s a lot of snow and if he has to plow twice a day then he’s busy. He does what he says he’s going to do. He’s an “A” for snow removal. He’s very reasonable and I get what I pay for. There’s no set time, but he comes. I barely see him. He’s very professional. I would continue to use him in the future.
