Description of Work: I called to ask for an estimate for work in my bathroom replacing the vanity, sink, & fixtures and replacing the bathtub drain flange. He said he would have to come over to make an estimate and asked for my address. I told him and he said he usually doesn't work in my area but that he would look at it. He was supposed to call me back early the next morning to arrange a time. He never called. I used Google maps to figure the distance between his address (the one on Angie's List) and my house and it is less than 12 miles from where I live. I am in a nice neighborhood so that isn't the problem. The information here also says he does work in the adjacent county. I used Google maps and it is a bit farther to even the closest point in that county to his home. I would not call him again.

Description of Work: Shortly after a move to a new home, I had a leak and found an obviously jury-rigged and horrible mish mash of connections forming my double kitchen sink plumbing. Trenkler completely re-plumbed it, including the pipe going down to the basement. Since he had to take everything apart anyway, I also asked him to switch the side of the sink my garbage disposal was located on.

He called me one and half hours before the scheduled appointment and asked if it was ok to arrive early. He was there within 15 minutes, he takes the time to explain what needs to be done and how things work.
Description of Work: Repaired two toilets and installed a faucet on the sink in bathroom which I supplied.

+ -1 moreI would highly recommend Trenkler Plumbing. I called them on Sunday night, they made it to our place on Monday morning. The price was reasonable for the work completed, and Eric gave me some useful plumbing lessons in the process. We just moved to Rochester and Trenkler plumbing will definitely be our future choice for plumbing repair.
Description of Work: We had a slow kitchen drain. He cleared this drain through the kitchen cabinet and through the main drain in the basement, and also fixed a water main ball valve.

+ -1 moreTrenkler Plumbing offers senior citizen discount. He called to tell me while he was on his way that he would be there within 20 minutes. They have a very detailed bill that tells you everything you were charged for. They bill you and you have a month to pay.
