Polite, on time, professional all the way, cleaned up beautifully. I am very pleased and would heartily recommend Tracey Door to anyone.

Tracey replaced both of my garage doors last summer. They left the trim off (stored in my garage) because I expected to have the house sided, then ended up putting that off for a year. My son drove into my garage door while I was out of town, I called Tracey and they showed up and got the door working, and ordered the replacement panels, all without me needing to be there. When the panels came in, they installed them very conscientiously, even noting a dent that I probably would not have noticed. The manufacturer replaced the panel and they returned to finish the job. Very happy with how well they handle their customers.

I felt the pricing was reasonable. Their work is excellent and their price was exorbitant. I got a couple of quotes and they were in the middle.

Michelle at Tracey Door arranged all. Her serviceman Mark completed all the necessary garage door repairs professionally. They even constructed a customized door seal for a very reasonable price. Thanks to Angie's List and Tracey Door all went as promised.

They were professional over the phone, described the options and prices. The installer showed up on time. He was pleasant and professional. I used Tracey for a new garage door and opener at my old house. That was in 1987 and the door looked perfect and the opener still worked when we sold the house last year.

We had several estimates from three different companies that were top rated in Angie's List. Tracey was in the ballpark with the other companies in terms of price. Where we thought they differentiated themselves was in their attention to detail and knowledge. They completed the job on time and within budget. The doors look great. The only minor issue was that the windows that we wanted were not in stock, so that had to come back a week later to install them. Not a huge issue, but it would have been nice to be aware of that initially.

Two young men part of the family showed up on time. Very professinal and helpfull. Did everything that was asked of them in a timely fashion.

The doors work fine and the price for the doors were competitive.

They did a very good job and there was one little problem and they came right out and took care of it. The offered a reasonable price and the doors work beautifully. They were very nice and I would use them again.

The installation tech worked efficiently and neatly. He explained how to operate the new door and outlined the features (especially the security features). He was done with the installation in about 1 hour. He was professional, courteous and punctual. He also left a comment card and a phone number if I had any questions or concerns. All in all, the pricing was the most fair. They made booking the appt. easy and hassle free.

Removed our old garage door and installed new 16' x 7' insulated door. Came on time and work went well. Only problem was our garage has beveled corners which required some extra work and material. While they quoted that work and it was a known beforehand, the installer didn't have all the materials to do the job on the same day. Came back 2 days later and fixed it. Overall, did a nice job and we're happy with the door and their work.

Great experience! Very friendly employees, who involved the costumer in making good and logical decisions. Worked very efficiently and professionally.

They came out and evaluated within a few days of call. they did do some minor repair to the door but it needed a new computer board and sensors. They had to order the parts which took a week +. Other than some delay with parts I was please with the service. no problems with the door since. Total price came in higher than quoted ~50, but some track work was done.

Went to the showroom and looked at types of doors. No pressure to upsell and go for more expensive doors. Pricing fair. Called when doors arrived to arrange installation. They came punctually, were professional, and neat. Overall very positive experience. I have used them in the past to repair my old wood doors which were replaced and had good experiences.

The experience was very good. The workmanship on the entire project was very good and their customer service was excellent. After the installation was complete I noticed that one of the doors had an extremely subtle depression in it. Unless you looked at it in just the right light, it was impossible to see. Although the problem was extremely minor it bothered me. When I brought the issue to their attention they quickly agreed to order an entire new door and have it reinstalled at no additional cost. While this might seem like the 'obvious' thing for them to do, what impressed me was how friendly they were throughout the entire matter. To me the difference between a good company and a great company is how well they react when an issue, even one out of their control, comes into play. Tracey Door did everything I asked and they were pleasant about it the entire time. I simply could not have asked for anything more.

I called Tracey on Tuesday to get a quote. Tim came out the following morning to measure and explain the options that I had. After explaining everything thoroughly he gave me a written quote. On Thursday I visited two other vendors on Angies "A" list. I compared the similar doors from the other contractors and found them to not be quite the quality of the Tracey (C.H.I.) doors. I was surprised to find that the other two guys were also a bit more in cost. They both tried to talk me into saving money by buying a door that was only steel on one side (vinyl on the inside) and to buy an inexpensive chain drive opener. Even if I had followed their "suggestion" it would have only been just a bit less than Tracey Door's quote on a much better setup. Called Tracey door on Friday morning to say that I wanted to go with their quote. Jessica told me that they were setting the schedule for the following week & they would check their inventory and get back to me on Friday afternoon. I got a call back at around 1 PM Friday and they asked if Monday morning would work for me. I wasn't in a hurry but I figured why not? They said that Justin would be at my house between 9 & 9:30 Monday morning to install the doors and opener. He actually arrived at about 8:45 and got right to work. I asked him how long it should take him and he said that he should be done by about 1:00. Even though it was very cold (and kept getting colder) Justin kept plugging away. He was very organized, neat and workmanlike. When I occasionally ventured out into the cold garage to check on the progress and ask a few questions he was always polite and would stop what he was doing and fully answer my questions. As the job neared an end I went into the garage and he was reconnecting my existing door opener that I was keeping and found him spending considerable time adjusting the opener stops etc. so that the two doors would operate as identically as possible. He even took the time to re-route some wires on the old unit (the guy who installed it a couple years ago really didn't do a great job) and also lubed the screw drive on the old one for me. He was completely finished with everything by 1:15...pretty good time estimate! He then came in the house and explained everything about the doors and opener and asked if we had any questions about anything. (I really think he meant it) All in all from beginning to end...PERFECT. If I could give an A+ I would. And I am a very hard marker.

We were very pleased with the work and timeliness of the installation. My only complaint is that they built the new door frame out of unpainted wood and left it that way. It never occurred to us that they would do that with wood that was being used in an outdoor setting or we would have at least asked them to let us paint the wood first so that it would be more appropriately protected.

He was very helpful. I asked him if he had a rubber door seal and he put that on after he was already done. He didn't have to do it so he was very accommodating.

They came on time and quicly installed my new door. They hooked up the garage door opener and everything worked. I had no problems. The door still looks new.

Everything went very well. Michelle came out and gave us an estimate very soon after we contacted them. After we accepted the estimate, she scheduled the installation for 2 weeks later at a time convenient for us. The installer did a great job, cleaning up as he went and removing the old doors and hardware. A very positive experience!

They came to give estimate within a few days after I called. We compared them to other companies and called to order from Tracey. Contract was sent in mail, we mailed it back, and, upon receipt, an approximate installation date was given (our door had to be ordered). The installation occurred a few days before the estimated date. No problems; installer was professional and courteous. Had been told it would take 4-5 hours, and it did. I would like to write more, but, I have nothing to say - it was perfect. We are very happy with it.

Estimator arrived within 24 hours of initial phone call, provided clear product examples and descriptions, clear written estimate. Installation was performed on the appointed date/time. Installer was highly skilled and professional.
