I can’t speak highly enough, everyone was exceptionally Professional & Punctual! I was on my third attempt to get out heating issues fixed. After finding more problems then we thought I was ready to have heart failure and between Ken & Pam it was “no problem, we’ll get it taken care of” and They Did! They kept in constant contact updates and great with scheduling multiple appointments. Everyone that came to the house was Great, Very Informative and Cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely use again & highly recommend! Thank you Total Comfort!!

Great. The service tech found the issue quickly, fixed it and was on his way.

I was concerned that the technician hosed the condenser from the outside into the center and didn't disassemble the outside framing to better clean the coil fins. All other technicians took the whole frame apart and said you need to hose the dirt out of the coils from the inside out so you don't push the grass, dirt etc inside the coil fins.

Excellent. They alerted me to 5 gas leaks they found, temporarily repaired and are coming back for a permanent repair. I found the workers to be very professional, friendly and took the time to inform me about the work performed.

Excellent experience with new furnace installation. Respectful, knowledgeable people. Came on time as scheduled, professional in every way. Respected my home, not one thing out of place or left behind after they left- could not even tell they had been there! They took time to explain the new equipment and thermostat. They invited questions. Service after the sale is a huge part of satisfaction, so I will be watching.

Choosing Total Comfort was the best decision I made. There Technicians were on time, friendly and they answered all my questions that I had. I had a Furnace Maintenance & a Air Duct cleaning & Sanitizing on December 1, I would highly recommend this both services, especially if you have allergies or asthma. For the first time in years my daughter has not had to take her asthma medicine, not even a flare up since this has been done.. I am thankful for Total Comfort and the great job your guys did..

We have now had Total Comfort perform over 50 furnace inspections and install four new furnaces for our management company. We have yet to have a bad experience! Every single person in the office is professional and prompt! Ken was very prompt and on time. Answered all the questions I asked and was able to fix my furnace. He also found another issue and recommended to get that fixed as well. Very professional. Will definitely go with Ken and Total Comfort again.

It was done during the hottest part of July and they were very expeditious and it was done quickly never felt the fact that it was shut down for an hour
