I feel blessed that Tim chose to work with me. He has always been attentive, knowledgable and professional. He has always made me feel he is on my side and has never tried to steer my decisions. He has worked with me from start to finish in my home purchase. This is a salesman that cares and listens, and most of all works really hard to make sure you get what you want, even if your budget is tight. I highly recommend Tim.

He is very good. He is a selling Realtor, so he gets 3% of the sale. If there's a buyers Realtor then they get 3%, but if there isn't any buyers Realtor involve then he just take the 3%.
