David was personable and concerned about us having heat. Replaced major component. Have to take his word on the cost, but if everything continues so that our furnace works fine, we are grateful. One problem is that because it was a part, no warranty given. This is bothersome.

This furnace repair man was very knowledgeable and informative about the repairs that needed to be done. He was very neat and very personable to me. I will recommend him to friends and family if service is needed.

Last summer I woke up to my AC not working in the middle of July and no one was free to come out to my house to repair it. My friend recommended Tierney Heating and David showed up within 2 hours and figured out the capacitor had failed and needed to be replaced and got a new one and fixed it that same day. I was very thankful for him coming out when no one else could because my mother cannot be in extreme heat for too long and I now use Tierney Heating for all my furnace and AC needs.
