Description of Work: I purchased tile, plus adhesives. I had to go back to get enough tile to finish the job,but had to purchase a full box. I then went a third time to return the sheets left over. They may work better with contractors, but as as new person to the process, lacked customer service. The tile is beautiful and high quality, but I would I think for their own business, stepping up the service would be a plus, at least smile at a possible customer, at the very least.

+ -1 moreReasonable priced to begin with and then gave us a discount on top when asked. And the even took back unused tiles Very professional team Went to 3 other tile stores 1st and was shocked at the high prices and poor store hours
