Description of Work: We recently did a total remodeling of our kitchen. Under cabinet lighting was a very important part of the look we desired. Every contractor and electrician we spoke to recommended lights manufactured by The Lighting Division. We were told that they have the best product and as a bonus they are a local company. Their products can only be purchased through authorized dealers . We discovered that we were able to visit the production facility to view threir product line and how it operates. My husband and I visited the facility and we were greeted by Victor who was extremely helpful and professional. He went through a demonstration of the various types of lights and asked us questions to determine what we liked. Then Victor offered his suggestions. After our first visit, we went back to visit Victor with the plans for the new kitchen and he gave us a detailed list of what we should order along with a list of the authorized dealers. When a problem surfaced concerning the installation of a dimmer swithch, we went back to visit Victor. Victor and John provided a solution to our problem. We are most grateful to Victor and John for all of their assistance that resolved our problem. Without their help, we would not have been able to achieve the results we wanted. To those who say that businesses don't care anymore. I say try The Lighting Division on Boxart St., an example of a manufacturer who cares about the quality of their products and customer satisfaction.
