+ -1 moreI was very frustrated with Maytag Appliances. They broke the motor, and it then took them numerous visits over a month before they were able to fix the washer. I wouldn't even consider hiring them again after they handled the situation so ineffectively.
Description of Work: Maytag Appliances repaired our washing machine. Most of the cost was covered underneath our homeowners' insurance, but we were required to pay a $75 deductible.

+ -1 moreMaytag came out within a couple days of when we called. Wish they would of came faster. They did have to order a part, so we were out a freezer for about a week or two. Other then that we had a good experience with Maytag.
Description of Work: Maytag Appliances had to fix the refrigerator. One of the elements went out on the freezer would not freeze.

+ -1 moreIt seemed that I was getting the run-around with customer service at Maytag Appliances. I felt the automated phone service was confusing. Once the tech got here, they did a good job and everything is fine.
Description of Work: My refrigerator was not working properly. I called Maytag Appliances to have them repair it.
