Description of Work: The technician arrived promptly at the scheduled time to perform annual heating system checkup/maintenance. He was friendly and careful not to leave tracks through the house. He performed all the procedures as advertised to my satisfaction. He answered all my questions and provided some helpful tips on things to watch for and things I could easily do to maintain my heating system, such as how to clean the condenser tube and other helpful tips. I would gladly use them again.

Description of Work: Complete central A/C tune up.

Description of Work: Complete cleaning and servicing of both furnace and air conditioning. When checking my A/C it was noted that a large amount of electric amerage was required for the start. It was recommended that a booster accessory be installed so the condenser would have less effort and strain on starting. I use my A/C all the time but on a automatic thermostat so it only turns on when the indoor temp goes above my setting of 80 degrees. This has required many starts in July so I felt the booster would be good. Hopefully the A/C will last several years more. I have used Taylors for over 25 years for my annual service. They have always been very reliable. They always wear protective booties over their shoes to protect my carpet and clean up after they are done.
