The technician looked at and clean up our A/C prior to the summer season. He found one part that was still functioning however was in rough condition. We had him replace the part in order to avoid the cost of another service call at a later time, and everything has been fine since.

The gentleman was very kind and informative. He answered tons of my questions. I would recommend their services. We chose to go with someone else who also packaged these services with other services we wanted.

Went well. The Taylor representative came to the house and gave us the Spring AC Tune-up we purchased on Angieslist.com. The services described we performed to our satisfaction and we will likely use them again next year.

Just a general cleaning job. They were professional and did a good job.

I had put in underground downspouts and it was very muddy in the area where the AC would be installed. I thought they did a good job not tracking dirt into the house on a very rainy day. I thought they went above and beyond. My dad has used Taylor for years. Now I am continuing the tradition. Very professional and do quality work. I definitely trust Taylor heating for all my furnace and air conditioning needs.

Two employees arrived as scheduled and started to remove old furnace. They had informed us the length of time it would take and the length of time the furnace would be down. This enabled us to warm the house. They maintained the schedule and completed the job as specified . The employee went over everything that had been done and explained all the workings of the new units and made sure I was comfortable with it all. Employees were courteous,work performance excellent with minor disruption and work area cleaned up. Have been a customer of Taylor Heating for over 20 years and am very satisfied with their work and pricing.

Was here right on time to start work Very polite, professional. Protected flooring and walls from any damage during the work. Removed old toilets for disposal He finished everything in half a day When he was gone, you would never he was here except for the beautiful new toilets, expansion tank and washer/dryer hoses. I am very pleased with Taylor for the plumbing. This is an added service for them. I already had a contact with them for my furnace. They have provided excellent service on the furnace as well.

Service was prompt and professional start to finish. I was given options and he was pleasant to work with.

called the company when current air conditioner iced up and ran and ran but didn't cool the house...called after hrs., got some excellent help over the phone of what to do at that moment...tech came promptly that next day, diagnosed the problem, was able to get the current air conditioner running until they were able to secure a new unit and install within the next couple days...could not have been more helpful or accomodating

The inspector and the installation team were extremely courteous and professional. they stated that they would arrive before 9AM on the day of the installation. They actually arrived at 8:10AM and called before showing up to ensure that someone would be home. When they arrived at the house, the team put on their clean boots and went straight to work. They spent all day working on ripping out the old system and installing the new one. They were so quiet and efficient that i forgot they were even here.

They did a very good job cleaning my furnace. The burners were taken out and cleaned. After furnace was put back together had CO2 checked.

It went very well. In the past, other furnace maintenance service people have made me feel like they were trying to sell me things that I was telling them I really was not interested in, so I braced myself. Taylor's service man did an excellent job of explaining what he found when he was done cleaning the furnace, did an excellent job explaining what he thought needed to be done next, listened to my concerns, and then did the work we agreed upon, without ever once pushing to sell me something I was not ready for. I am grateful for the good communications skills. The experience was a good one.

Two people came to the house to do the energy audit. It was a long process, but they were being thorough, which is good of course. During the audit, both men were interested in our concerns and took the time to explain what they were doing and what we might do differently to save energy. The written results were presented to us in person a little over a week later, along with suggestions about which of the NYSERDA recommendations would likely be most cost effective. We decided to hire Taylor for some of the work, but not all of it. Some of it we will do ourselves, some of it we will put off until we can afford it. I felt very good about my interactions with and the advice I received from Taylor. They presented the pros and cons of all the suggestions without making us feel like we were being given a high pressure sales pitch.

The service tech. discovered potential problem and notified me about it. Provided quote for repair (though I did it my self).

My furnace was installed last year and this was it's first cleaning. He arrived on time and completed the work in less than 45 minutes. All gas lines were tagged and labeled for easy identification. This is the first time in my 45 years experience as a homeowner that this has been done! Some useful recommendations were given, that I'll follow up on. I'd absolutely use them again in the future.

I found out my heater stopped working when it got cold in the house! Called Taylor, they came out, found the problem, and fixed it same day, in about 2-3 hours. Very courteous staff. When they left the heat was back on and I haven't had a problem since.

I have not had any problems with it. I got some good service. I recommend him. He's very good. He walked me through everything that he did. My overall experience with him was excellent. The price was fair. The quality of service was good. They were very punctual.

We have been using him since 18 years. We have a yearly maintenance agreement with them. They made sure that the air conditioning and heating were working. They are extremely thorough and fairly priced. Every one of their maintenance people are very well in tune with their own company as well as the equipment that they are servicing. They are very knowledgeable people.

He came. He worked. And all was done in no time. Even corrected my faulty filter installation.

They had to go a long distance to change the gas leak. The way it was set up they had to disconnect the larger pipes. They also put in two furnaces for me. They don’t tell you 9 to 5. They just give you an approximate time. The guy who comes to your house will call you when he leaves the last house which is always nice instead of staying home for eight hours.

From the first point of contact the company was very polite and able to get an appointment scheduled right away. The person that came out was very nice and explained the issue. He fixed the problem rather quickly and honored the angies list coupon :)

The service man from Taylor's was prompt and very friendly. He took the time to explain some things I didn't know about my furnace and filters (there is a humidifier filter in addition to my regular air filter). He also adjusted my humidifier settings as there was too much water and the vent was not properly opened. The only challenge with this is that we had very cold weather within a week and having had set the humidity to a higher level, I was getting lots of condensation on all of my windows and skylights. Thankfully, I put two and two together and figured out why that was happening. I called Taylor's and was told how to fix the problem myself and haven't had a problem since. Lesson learned and now I know. The service man also answered all of my questions, including a few plumbing questions, and was able to get some answers for me by making a few calls about a water cut off valve in my basement that is very corroded. Taylor's called me back within 24 hours with an estimate to do a repair on said valve. I will certainly call Taylor's in the future and would recommend them.

Being very satisfied with the first 2 visits, I have since contracted for additional service on the furnace and AC unit.
