The entire experience with Taylor H&P has been great, pleasant and easy. Everyone I've talked to from scheduling the appointment through the appointment has been customer focused and pleasant. Accommodating our need for a Saturday appt as well. Josh, the field tech, was exceptional! He was knowledgeable, personable, and seemed to genuinely care as I explained and asked him question after question about heating AC and plumbing. We are in the midst of a lot of construction in our home and trying to coordinate lots of moving parts and I had lots of questions for Josh. Yet I never felt rushed, he took time to listen and answer all my questions. He was very helpful and represented Taylor very well. I would hire him! And I will certainly continue to work with Taylor for our other much larger jobs ahead if Josh is an example of the quality of their employees.

Taylor did a great job. My only complaint was that they initially replaced my Wi-Fi capable thermostat with one that was not Wi-Fi enabled. When they came back to do the duct cleaning, they fixed the problem, but pointed out that my thermostat isn't compatible with a two stage heating system. I wish we had discussed this up front, as I would have purchased a thermostat in advance to have them install. Aside from the thermostat problem, the work was done professionally, they cleaned up and were very courteous.

It was fast call in the morning next day they where there and got everything done the same day. also gave me some recommended a new A.C condensate line also Recommended intake pipe be goosed necked 6" away from intake pipe. was very helpful and respectful would recommend to anyone.

Although there was a minor post install issue, the technicians at Taylor Heating immediately corrected the issue and I have to say I am very very satisfied with their expertise and professionalism. I was looking for a dependable heating/cooling company and I now found a great one.

The gentleman who did the installation were very thoughful and courteous to us and our home. An overall good experience.

It went extremely well. The job was planed to take two days. Matt arrived at the scheduled time on Monday and worked first on the upstairs bathroom. When it became apparent that complications arising from the placement of the cast iron main drain was going to push completion of the bathroom into the next day, he made sure to make a temporary connection to the shower for our use that night. The next day, the cast iron drain was still taking longer than expected. Matt was determined to finish the bathroom drains on Tuesday and worked into the evening until it was complete. The changes in the basement went much more smoothly and was finished the following day. Before Matt left, he did a thorough cleaning of the work areas. It would have been hard to notice he had been there except for all the new work that was evident in free flowing drains and new faucets. Throughout the work, Matt always kept me informed of the progress. His demeanor was always calm and he explained clearly all the changes that were made during the final walk through. I would definitely ask for him to work at my home if I need to have Taylor Heating come for more work.

They are very professional. They are timely. They are courteous. They stick behind their pricing. I have used them over twenty eight years. They do my furnace as well. I use them for plumbing issues too.

The duct work had never been upgraded to the proper size needed for air conditioning. Which it was that way when we bought the house and it had never been addressed. The entire duct work and the new air conditioning unit over a 3 day period cost around $6,700, something like that. They’re very professional, they’re timely, courteous. They stick behind their pricing. Just all around “A”! I’ve used them for over 25, about 28 years. They do my furnace as well and I use them for plumbing issues.

The appointment went very well. Jimmy arrived early, was concise and professional, and did not waste any time in beginning the inspection. He clearly described what he was going to do and let me know when he needed to access to the house and equipment, and in what order he'd be performing service. He was respectful of the house and our time, and when he'd completed the service we had requested, made recommendations but did not pressure me to commit to anything. He went through the service and any repairs step by step and explained why each had been necessary. He understood I needed to return to work and made every effort to expedite the payment process.

Les was professional and honest and did a great job. I trust him and Taylor to only recommend services and products that I need.

Excellent! Chris explained everything well when I had questions and did a thorough job with the A/C maintenance. In addition he discovered a problem with a pipe that had been installed by another vendor when I had the Furnace replaced. The fix Chris made will avoid much bigger problems over time.

The work is usually very thorough and takes 3 hours. They are some of the best employees I've ever met. They leave the area very clean.

I have used Taylor for over 20 years for heating & A/C service. I moved into a new (to me) house and called Taylor first, after doing a little bit of research, to replace the aging units. They were very thorough in the estimates, going over the energy rebates, checking the gas lines, consulting with me on where the new vents would be located, and showing me in detail the new units and how they work. Taylor always shows up on time, their servicemen are knowledgeable, polite, and professional, and they respond promptly to inquiries.

I've had a good experience with them. They're very professional, on time arrival, and just an overall good company.

The technician "looked" at the pressure relief valve and the expansion tank. Tapped the expansion tank a number of times (looked confused). Then said he needed to drain the boiler ($300) and replace the pressure relief ($200). He then said, if the pressure relief still leaked, he would have to come back and replace the expansion tank to the tune of $700.
