+ -1 moreSuperior Exteriors was a month late and didn't call to explain why or apologize. When the workers finally came, they were great and did a good quality job, but the customer service and management department was not responsive and I won't be using them again.
Description of Work: They built a 12'x 13' screened in porch on the back of our house.

+ -1 moreKen is a good business owner who is into his company. I found out about him through word of mouth. He is very good. This company is small and I like dealing with them. They practically get to me before I have even hung up the phone. That is what I call good service.
Description of Work: Ken Walsh, the owner of this roofing company, removed my old roof and installed a new one with shingles. My home is around or about 2000 square feet. He also resided the entire house, which is two stories. I was looking at a bill of more than $6000 in total.

+ -1 moreWe are extremely disappointed with Superior Exterior. They were rude, belligerent and uncaring of our needs. They did not come back to fix the broken gutter system and will not return our calls.
