STEREO SHOP

When I arrived for my appointment they had thought I called the day before to reschedule. They even called the employee who had supposedly took the call, which happened to be the same one who we dealt with on the day we purchased the alarm/remote start. He insisted it was me who called. Why they thought I would have shown up for an appointment if I had changed it the day before, I have no clue. And why the person who took the call didn't make sure to confirm the customers name, I don't know, but they could have tried to call the other customer to clear up the misunderstanding rather than make me feel as if I was possibly suffering from split personality or something, but they said for me to leave my van any way and it would be done before closing. A few hours later they called to tell me I would have to pay an additional $50 to have the old remote start removed and the wiring repaired. I said I didn't understand why they didn't mention that when we purchased they new one since the old one not working was what brought us in that day. He looked through the notes on the order and said there was no mention of that. I agreed to pay, since at this point we already had nearly $500 and several hours of my time invested in it. I was called to pick up my van just about 2 hours later, well ahead of the 6pm time I was originally given. When I picked up my van, someone showed me how to work the alarm and remote start, asked if I had any questions, and I was good to go.
