Good customer service. Joe was great. The guys installed quickly and cleaned up well.

I paid them 1500 dollar deposit. I could not get the rest financed and they refuse to refund my money

I really wish I had as good of an experience as all these other reviews. I had my complete roof stripped and redone as well as all gutters replaced. Firstly I noticed every single piece of equipment was damaged like the house skirt was torn to shreds, and the nail guns were out of date. Come to find out Stellar basically contracts the work out, not supplying them with tooling. So of course they are not going to spend their own money on tools or replace tarps. So I am going to pay a company to pay another branch to do the work? I am the one that cared about the workers having a decent day of weather to work in by rescheduling the date. We all know working in crappy conditions makes for imperfect work. The respect, quality, amount of work left undone, and following through on promises have been beyond under this company's expectations. I chose this expensive company for its hope in getting what you pay for. My mistake. Workers raced to get jobs done as they get paid per job so they worked even into the night leaving site a mess with no cleanup. Not returning the next day to finish so I had to call for them to come take debris out of the trees, trim shingles hanging over gutters, fix pinched shingles bending up against the chimney, add 3â extensions on missing downspouts guiding water away from the foundation, and remove the protective plastic off the trimsâ ¦ which look great flapping in the wind. A Stellar job! I've got a bag of nails I found in the yard. Was there even magnet sweeping done? Another example of not replacing ineffective tools. I should not have to call crews back more than once if ever to the site to fix, repair, or finish the job. This is ridiculous. Into the night I see only a few of the crew had headlamps and even those were of the poorest quality barely lighting up what was in front of them. I had to tell them payment would be withheld until all services were completed. My God the promises about getting insurance to help cover the costs was a joke. No call backs. The list goes on. I absolutely resent picking this roofing company. Kicking myself so hard for this decision. For the price I'm paying, I expect better quality than cheaper roofers. I am surprised the shingles are at least on straight. Can you imagine if I was an old man who could not get on the roof to double check and had to trust them at their work?

Never came to the door the morning they began. Just jumped on the roof and started pounding. The job did get done and the work appears good. Early to tell because the weather hasnt been warm enough to even seal yet. Workers left ketchup packets in the yard.

Quoted and Paid more for stellar roofing because I trusted their reviews and presentation more then any other company. As usual, sub contractors will never represent a company the way the company represents themselves because they're just that, sub contractors. $28,000 for this roof and Its terrible. Amazing customer service for the sell and during install, once completed, company is entirely lacking at follow up or truly caring about their quality.

Great customer service and the installation went smoothly. It was pricier than other companies but we are happy with our roof.

The job was done well. My only complaint is the project manager didnâ t do the final walk through.

I was impressed by the vigor of the workers working on my roof on a very hot day. My wife was surprised to see how clean they left the area.

I was generally pleased with the quality of the Stellar "experience." High quality materials, good workmanship, and responsive customer service. However, Project management was a bit uneven (materials were delivered without prior notice, the dumpster was much larger than described, the project manager arrived only midway during installation), so luckily I was on site to provide some ad hoc coordination.

I have not had the work done yet but am so pleased with the sales person, James East whose efficiency, courtesy and enthusiastic attitude are to be commended. His conscientious attention to providing cover on my roof until It can be done, relieves my anxiety about more water damage. I will be happy to provide another survey when the job is done. The salespeople were great in talking me into using the service schedule. The appointment was a big pain they always called when I was at work, then not available when I was free (my lunch break) day of service, a white van pulled up no company name on the van. I was a little worried about who they were. They said they were the roofers. Ok, now, even with the flapped tarps, they trampled the garden and killed and damaged the plants I think the worst part is they emailed me the bill at 8 am. after the work was done And then I called 3 times to see if I got it It seems they can care less about the schedule of the appointment, but when it came time to pay, they were available. The work is complete it looks like a roof, so I guess it's good. Would I recommend them? Hmmm, good questions, but I definitely would have to say yes. All in all, the job got done in one day . The clean-up wasn't that great. But yes I recommend them.

Extremely helpful in every way answered all questions no matter how silly I thought they were. They are available to answer any questions anytime you call and very friendly too. We are extremely pleased with the work they did and the clean up when done.

Very professional

I rate Stellar a 4.8. From the Sales Manager Issac, to the Admin staff, project manager, and crew, the company handles themselves with integrity, professionalism, skill, and grace. Ownership is also readily available if needed. Wonderful experience, great product, representation, and warranty.

Everyone was very nice and made sure we didnâ t have any questions. Very down to earth and professional.

Only fault was some nails left in gutters, and they put a board on one of my plants.
