 + -1 morethe person doing the cleaning missed spots, only sprayed and extracted 1s and i had to instruct him that he was missing spots. after they left my rug smelled like wet dirty carpet i called to let them know and found out that he was new and they were sorry but they would not refund my money .

 + -1 moreGreat job. Showed up right on time and really worked hard to get the carpets cleaned. We had let it go too long and they were dirty. The team worked to get many stains out and did a great job overall. I would definitely use them again and not wait as long to do so!

 + -1 moreThey did an excellent job. I have used other carpet cleaners in the past however Stanley Steemer seems to do a much more effective job. Additionally, they were extremely flexible. I had to cancel an appointment on very short notice. They were very accommodating.

 + -1 moreStanley Steemer came at last minute for us. We had a spill that happened on a Saturday, and we were going through the phone book looking for someone to come out and get it out in an emergency. Stanley Steemer was excellent and also did our hallway on the same trip.

 + -1 moreI liked Stanley Steemer so much that I recently hired them again. The workers are very knowledgeable. I asked them about stains and they gave great responses. There was no question they could not answer intelligently. The carpets look great.

 + -1 moreStanley Steemer quoted me one price on the phone and the man that came out told me another price. I felt that it was false advertisement. The carpets were clean though. It was nothing that the cleaner did. It was the all about the price they told me.

 + -1 moreWe used a local company for years that went out of business, so two or three years ago I hired Stanley Steamer and I have been very satisfied. They are prompt and do an excellent job. It is a light carpet for a heavy traffic area and they clean it well.
