Description of Work: Steam cleaned, stain, odor, deodorize treatment & removal. Needed all traces of animal fur, dander, & odor removed from finished basement. My mom was moving in & she is highly allergic. The men did a great job, explained everything before started & walked us through the area & explained what they did & found after finished. Mom loves the space & has not had any problems with her allergies to animals. I will definitely call them again when need work done in other areas of the house.

Description of Work: I was preparing my mothers house for sale, and as I was traveling 400 miles every other weekend to work on the property, it was worth my time to hire Stanley for their $99 special. After the job was completed the carpet looked no different. The high traffic areas still were dark. I then got out my own carpet cleaner and had to spend my time to reclean the living room carpet. The waste water was so dark, full of dirt that I took a picture and posted it on Facebook. It was as if the carpet had never been cleaned. I was so disappointed and that I had to waste my limited time and efforts on cleaning the carpet, not to mention the cost. Very unhappy.
