Always a pleasure--fast service (one day), reliable, pleasant. Not the first time we've employed Warren and we'll continue to do so until he retires (hoping that won't be for a while)

We had to go buy the two vanities and faucets at Lowes hardware store. Nothing wrong with that but it would have been nice if the plumber could have picked it up for us. The total time it took for the plumber to install the two vanities was bout 8 hours total. The reason I am not happy with the work is that the cabinets were not installed well. The plumbing itself is ok, but the cabinet base of one does not line up with the top. On the other vanity the cabinet is not snug against the wall. There is a gap of 1/4" at the bottom, no gap at the top. So it is leaning to. It seems a small thing, but it annoys me every day as I sit down to do my businees.

He did a professional job in all respects at a totally reasonable price.

I was having trouble with my outside lights. I've had trouble with timers in the past and have replaced them. Warren returned my call and came out the next day. This is the second time I've used Warren, he also replaced a timer on other lights, actually recommending a cheaper model that he found more reliable than the one I picked up from Home Depot. The first time I had Warren come out, he actually called me about a half hour BEFORE he was scheduled to arrive to let me know he might be a few minutes late. He actually arrived right on time and did the repair in a short amount of time. I've also called Warren a couple times with questions regarding various things and he always called me back in a timely manner. I definitely would use Simon Plumbing and Elect. Services again, and have referred him to my neighbor.

Our basement flooded during Hurricane Sandy due to a failed sump pump. Warren returned my call within minutes of my leaving a message, and was over to the house very quickly just as the fire department was finishing pumping out the basement. If he hadn't come so quickly to install the new pump, the basement would have continued to fill with water. He always explains what he is doing, is extremely friendly, and we have always been very happy with his work.

Mr. Simon has done work for us for many years now. He always returns phone messages in a timely manner. He schedules the work as soon as possible, and arrives on time. He gets the work done very quickly. We have been very pleased with him and his work. For this particular job, we appreciated the suggestion Mr. Simon made on which toilet to purchase and have been extremely happy with it. He installed the fan motor, fan timer and shower head in no time, as well as fixed the leaky kitchen sink. But the best thing about him is that he is a pleasure to have around. He is extremely personable and professional. I intend to use him again in the future for any plumbing or electrical repairs or upgrades that we have.

Warren is great. He may be a bit more expensive but he communicates well, gets back to you, and stands behind his work. We had our subpump die prior to warranty. He took care of ordering a new one and installing it for a minimal charge. We really like him a lot and wouldn't use anyone else.

My impression is that he does excellent work, but he's not the cheapest. For me it's worth it to pay that price because I know it's going to work and he stands behind his work.

We have used Warren Simon in the past and felt comfortable calling him again. He was helpful in selecting the proper model. The work was done on schedule, and it works great.

Simon Plumbing is real good. They are very professional and do quality work. The entire job took about three days, and I was not inconvenienced by their work. They cleaned up after themselves and did a thorough job. I would recommend them.
