have that capability but have no I can not say enough about the lack of knowledge of the store personal, the online chat or phone service. Someone in Sears made this decision to offer new tractor models this year. Some on line reviews state that your old attachments should work with the new models but no one is owning up. Sears advertises that these models have that capability but can not match it up with a new part number. I can not buy a new lawn tractor without this info. Sears seams to really not care. Yes, I even tried the CEO route that is blocked from input as well. I only buy from Sears when the discount is right. I have had problems with the Sears card and am know having problems with the Shopyourway as well. I bought an item 5 years ago and they had my e-mail address. I can not link my Sears Card with the Shopyourway because the the now have a 16 digit code number that I never got, and I have to know to get my rewards. Good Grief Charlie Brown. If I ran my business like this I would have been shot. Seriously, I have know idea how I can get any of this resolved. I posted this to make other consumers aware!
Description of Work: Absolutely nothing. I have been tiring to find a lawn tractor with a snow blower attachment that will work together. Their fit up charts have none of the 2014 models listed but they advertise they have models that will fit. I have been on line and no reply I have been on the phone and got hung up on. I have been to two stores, The Victor store person was polite but had no info. The Henrietta store sales person all of the age of 20. Over spoke me with ever question, He stated he just came back from training and knew everything. I spent over 2 weeks researching the tractors and attachments. I have 45 years of tractor and lawn experience. I polity walked away with him jabbering he knows everything from his training.

Our refrigerator broke and we had a service contract on it and they gave us permission to go pick on a new one, within the same range. They salesman, the one we usually use probably for over 20 years. He replaced it. They salesman over there in the compliance department was Mike Sullivan. He really helped us out a lot. This salesman was extremely helpful and he was very thoughtful. My wife has a few physical problems, we both are in our mid 60s, so he ran over and got chairs for us. Their delivery service really sucked. The delivery guys when the delivered on Monday they cracked a piece of molding on the stairs. I put some touch up paint on it and I complained about it and he said he would come back that afternoon, but he never came back. The salesman looked like a very sincere person. We have bought lots of things through the years and when we find a sales person like him, we like to stick with him. He approached and asked if he could help us. He was very polite. They do get a small commission, but because it was an exchange he could not make a lot of money.

Description of Work: At the Henrietta Sears, their salesman, John, sold me a new washer & dryer. He took his time with me answering my questions about different models available. I was not rushed at all even though he was busy. I had a minor problem after installation. I phoned John about it and it was speedily resolved. I"m enjoying my purchases.

Terrific experience. Just wanted my carpets to be clean as I was having people (and toddlers) over for the holidays. I expected to have to replace the carpet but just wanted it sanitary but knew the stains would probably not come out as 2 other companies including Stanley Steamer were unable to remove the spots. WELL EVERY SPOT CAME UP AND THE RUG DID NOT HAVE TO BE REPLACED AFTER ALLand gt; I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEMand gt;

My appointment had to be changed to another day because the Sears truck was out of order and they rescheduled the appointment for the next morning. My husband took care of the situation and they arrived as scheduled the next day and performed the service requested. When I arrived home I was dsturbed by the way the carpet looked. I thought maybe it appeared soiled because it was still damp but there were little or no changes when the carpet dried. I resolved that I would have to get the carpets clean again in the near future.
Description of Work: I had my living room, dining room and hallway done. I was so disappointed in the living and dining room. I could not tell it had been cleaned. Sure there were areas that were soiled that may have been difficult but checking both areas there were spots that were not touched. The hallway was done fairly well.

Scheduling online was easy and I received two follow-up calls. One on the day I requested the appointment and the other on the day of service at which time the tech gave me a window of time when he and his partner would arrive. Upon arrival and inspection of my furniture, the tech explained that all of the stains on my love seat might not come out because the material was delicate and they could not use a lot of water on it. I was okay with that because it's an informal piece which is on an enclosed porch. The main thing was to clean the last couple of years worth of dust and smells off of it because it had been stored in a garage. This they did, and they also cleaned my other chair which did not offer the same type of challenges. Service took about twenty minutes, and I was satisfied with the results.
Description of Work: Upholstery cleaning on a love seat which had been stored in a garage and on a chair which had been in my house but was dirty. Also deodorizing the love seat.
