Rowe Photographic Video and Audio were very knowledgeable and polite. They do a wonderful job waiting on their customers. The pictures definitely came out the way I wanted them to. They are a class A place.

I had a great experience with them. I went into their showroom and sat in a comfortable chair with a cup of coffee. They showed me every speaker they had, and they went back and forth. I am going to have to go back again in a few days because I need a new stereotype receiver. They came to me at first. They surveyed the situation. They saw how my room work was like and the needs I had. They arranged through me on a nice sunny day to go down and get into the store easily. Joe was the guy I worked with. They couldn't have made it easier for me. They took all the old stuff away and it was great. I have known them for years. I bought a TV from them around 20 years ago. Sure they have gotten bigger without ignoring the small touch. I would recommend them.

Before I bought the TV, 2 representatives from the store came to my house to check out the location I wanted it to be in. They suggested that I get one on a stand instead of hanging one on the wall. They also suggested I get a TV stand to put it on and told me how high it needed to be. I bought a piece of furniture (not from them) for this purpose. They returned with the TV, set it up, made sure it was working properly. They also hooked up my DVD player and VHS player at no additional charge. Purchasing the camera was also a very positive experience. Anytime I have any kind of question about any of my purchases they are very quick to attend to it and to help me. I've also recommended them to friends who were also very happy with their purchases and the service that came with it.

It didn't, it would seem they could get more business if they were willing to do this. If I had used them and liked them, it would have made me consider them for future work (for example to install the stereo system in my home).

They were extremely helpful with guiding toward the right product. They came to my house to see which set would fit my needs and another time to install the set itself.
