They did a wonderful job! Communication and customer service was excellent. The work they did was on very visible damage and the repair is seamless with the original structure. They even matched the paint perfectly somehow! I highly recommend.

Please be careful since it seems this firm is not experienced in siding projects.

We had a leak in our sunroom and out of 6 contractors I tried to contact, Roofing Rochester was the only one who returned my call and had a guy out to look at the job 24 hours later. They responded to every question I had, quickly and thoroughly. They were prompt, communicative, and just great to work with! I already have another job lined up for them.

Roofing Rochester did very professional work on rebuilding my roof. It was done in a timely manner and took care in eliminating all the past problems that the roof had. Customer service was friendly and professional. They help me deal with my insurance company to see that I had all the necessary information and paper work to get the coverage I deserved. I am happy with the experience. My only advice is to be sure of the cost of plywood from the start.

The work was done in only one 12 hour day

I am so thankful that Davis Herold made a commitment to reseal my skylight. At first I was told by another rep that they were backed up and couldn't get to the job til spring. After I protested he looked at it again and said he would try to get one of the techs to get it done. I checked the ceiling after it rained and I did not see any leaks in my ceiling. Thanks so much Davis!

Working with Norm for getting a estimate was very pleasant. He answered all my guestions and treated me with respect. Working with mike during the day of roofing install was great. He sent me pictures of what the guys found during installation and explained details. He did a great job of walking around the property after job was complete and when I called him later in the day to verify pick up of extra materials and dumpster he called me back and was grateful I called. The gentlemen that did the work on the roof install did a great job of installing the roof and clean up afterwards. I would gladly hire this business again.

This was a great experience for me. We did have a small leak that happened during construction (the tarp had a small leak) that was taken care of the very next morning (less than 12 hours) Communication at the start was a little slow, however, once that project was under way this issue was non-existent.

They made demand in regards to the money, the job was never done and they have the money.
