Called on Friday to have a leak in the shower repaired. Was told by Ron he "almost blew me off" due to being so busy and proceeded to talk over me for the majority of the conversation. Was supposed to call with an estimated arrival time on Saturday; he never called and never showed up. I would strongly recommend finding someone much more reliable and professional.

Ron was nearby when I called on a Saturday, was here within 30 minutes. Fixed leak and suggested either replace existing gate shutoff in future (requiring water supply to house to be turned off) or simply add an in line ball valve shutoff right now, which didn't require calling MCWA to turn off water supply. All work completed in 30 minutes. Fair pricing.

Ron came shortly after I called him. He spent one hour doing the work and did an excellent job! I had two other estimates of $900.00 from Penfield Plumbing who told me to remove siding outside so they could get to leak from there and D'Angelo plumbing who said they would do the same work that Ron's plumbing did but at a cost of $760.00! I saved a lot of money going with Ron's Plumbing and he did a fantastic job!! He will be my Plumber from now on!

Ron took care of business, arrived on time for estimate and job. He did everything to my specs, efficiently and at budget. I have already recommended him to a friend

I called Ron who was on another job and left a message. He called back in about 15 minutes and gave me an estimate on the time he could arrive. He got to my home about 30 minutes early and went to work. He found the small problems that I knew i would have difficulty with and resolved them. He had a new faucet system installed within a half hour and was ready to leave. I will call him again for any plumbing needs and plan to also use his services for any furnace or A/C needs.

Aside from one time when one of the employees didn't call me back, the service is good. Once he was on vacation when I needed a repair, and he called someone else to come do it!

I recommend him. He does very good work and he's affordable

The last time we used Ronnie was when our garbage disposal backed up and when we tried running the dishwasher, it overflowed. It was a saturday morning, and we called Ronnie and he was there within the hour. We thought it was the garbage disposal that was plugged, but he quickly diagnosed the problem and cleared and cleared the drain. While there we told him we also needed a gas line moved so that our new slide-in stove could fit flush with our kitchen counter, he had no problems and did right then and there. This was our third time using Ronnie for our plumbing needs and he has been excellent everytime. He installed a shower head in our guest bathroom and he also cleared our sewer, as we had some backup in the basement. Ronnie has always demonstrated that he knows what he is doing and the last two times he has worked done work in our house he has had, what I guess is an apprentice. He does not mind if you ask questions, and even if you don't he does a good job explaining everything, I found it interesting hearing him talk to the young man that was with him. Ronnie does excellent work and he is very friendly, definately a character, as he likes to chat you up, but is never innapropriate.
