Description of Work: A bracket attaching the door to the garage wall pulled loose, cables, springs, everything let go and the door was stuck in the closed position.They were out next day, repaired the problem, replaced an ailing and noisy motor, inspected all the other moving parts, reset limits and stops - all for a price I deemed very reasonable.

Description of Work: The drive shaft on my garage door opener had broken. I called Roly Door at 12:20 and a very professional technician was at my house at 1:30. Fixed the door in 30 minutes for a quite reasonable charge. I was impressed to say the least!

Description of Work: Cable on one side of my garage door broke. Called them on a Saturday and scheduled an appt. for Monday morning (I didn't need emergency service so waited until Monday to avoid additional cost). They came on time and completed the work quickly. The technician was pleasant and polite. I used them 3-years ago when I had another garage door problem and was fully satisfied then. I will use them again if I have another problem in the future.

+ -1 moreI was impressed as this was the only salesman to mention the larger clearance space needed for my door. Door was installed within the date estimated. Installer was clean and efficient. I would recommend these guys. There was a part missing when installed. The installer noted this. I did have to follow-up on the missing part, but when I did they were responsive and the part was here and installed within 2 weeks.

+ -1 moreI bought the door from Tri-Co Door, but they had Roly-Door put it in. Incidentally, Roly-Door and Tri-Co Door are owned by the same company, so I didn’t really pay Roly-Door anything. The job went fine. There was nothing wrong with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to others; as a matter of fact, my next door neighbor had a door put in by them. I would use them again in the future if necessary.

Roly-door said they would come out and can often do minor inspection and repair for $65.00 For that price, they got the door functioning , realigned the cable and pulleys, and secured a number of broken hinges. They also gave us a reasonable estimate to replace the door in the future.
