+ -1 moreWe wanted to get a free estimate because we lost our keys. We called several locksmiths. This company came, told us the truth and did the job. They are efficient, quick, reliable and most of all honest.
Description of Work: We saved a lot of money by hiring these guys. All the other locksmiths we hired to give us quotes tried nailing us with a huge unnecessary job. We were told we would need to change and replace what they called core (?) meaning lock. The other guys were trying to take me for a ride and have them fix things that weren't really broken, and all we wanted is to change the keys (we had lost them). Rochester locksmith came in and fixed our problem 1-2-3 and HONESTLY! He told us that all we needed to do is re-key rather than spending hundreds of dollars to replace our high security locks (9 total). I highly recommend these guys. They're honest, knowledgeable, and provide an excellent service.
