Rochester Dishwasher Repair

Description of Work: I had an appointment for dishwasher repair on Saturday 4/15/17 between 1-4 pm. I was told that I would get a call half an hour before the technician would arrive. I received a call at 11:46 am from a number that my wife did not recognize so she did not answer it. At 3:15 pm, I called the business to make sure the appointment was still going to be kept. I was informed that the purpose of the call that I didn't answer at 11:46 am was to tell me that a qualified repair person was not going to be in my area on the day of the appointment. The person also said that a voice message was left. No message was left on my cell phone. The person said that another appointment would need to be made next week. I will be seeking the services of a more reliable service. My opinion of this business is that they are completely unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend them.
