Excellent. On time, professional and courteous. Tilted slabs are tough to level but they got them within 1/16" of where they needed to be. Better than I had hoped.

Description of Work: Raised my patio slab that was slopping towards the west wall of my home causing a water seepage problem in the basement. I wish I had called them years ago.

They came to fill in under my garage floor which had settled. They were flexible with the date I needed and also showed up on time. Did a great job, even cleaned up well after they were done. Great job for a great price!

Marc did an excellent job. I was a little thrown by the last minute notice - he called me around 2:30 p.m. the day before and wanted to come and quot;late morningand quot; the next day - fortunately my work schedule is flexible. He arrived shortly before noon and got right to work. The job took several hours. He was friendly and polite - answering all my questions, cleaned up nicely when done, was able to fit in a little bit more work than the original estimate called for, and was very nice to my dog (always a plus!). I am very pleased with the results and the cost was much more palatable than the estimates I received from other companies for either jacking and back-filling the concrete and/or breaking it up and removing it. Our wooden deck butts right up against the concrete slabs and we would have had to pull up much of our deck had it not been for Concrete Solutions. The process involved drilling several approximately 1and quot; holes through the concrete to access and fill the spaces below the concrete with a hot liquid that then expands into a super hard foam (which is what raises the concrete). Other than one hole that Marc forgot to fill, you cannot tell where the access holes were drilled. All in all, I am very pleased with the result. Time will tell if this is a permanent solution to the problem.
Description of Work: Lifted and leveled the concrete decking around my swimming pool.

We appreciated their responsiveness to our request - they came out right away and left the quote for us in the mailbox. We chose not to use them because it was way above our budget and twice as much as other quotes we received for the same project.
Description of Work: We got an estimate to have the concrete demo-ed, formed, and repaired on our front steps and walkway.

Pleased with response and quality of work - just a very small amount of over spray that was easily removed. The holes drilled (and filled) to insert the foam blend in with the concrete and are barely noticeable. We have recommended Concrete Solutions to several of our friends.
Description of Work: Raised sunken concrete and filled voids beneath concrete skirt around our pool.

Their solutions didn't work. They drew a hole and pumped concrete in and it didn't work. They resurfaced my garage floor and that hasn't held up at all.
