Description of Work: I needed to have my washing machine repaired, or so I thought, went to Angie's List for recommendations and contacted Rochester Appliance. As I explained the problem to the person on the phone, Phil, he did a little problem solving with me on the phone and I was able to resolve the problem without a service call. Honest, professional, respectful. Would definitely contact them again when it finally does break!

Description of Work: My small Maytag washer was on its last legs, grinding, shaking, shuttering and not even close to being able to finish a wash cycle. It would have been too expensive to fix with new parts but they happened to have a machine in the shop they were able to scavenge parts from. Its been a couple of weeks now and the thing runs like a top. The cost was about half of what I anticipated. I will definitely use them in the future.
