RESURFACE INC

Took 2 months to get on the schedule to have my driveway done. This only occurred because I called them several times in order to plan my time off. After having a confirmed date for removing the old driveway, I was rescheduled that day thus losing one vacation day. I was rescheduled a second time, losing a second vacation day. The third day, I was told that they would be at my house by 11 am. They were a no show and no call. I finally reached someone in the office at 2:30 pm and was told that they had to move me to the next day, thus losing a third vacation day. When asked if I could receive compensation for my lost vacation days with a reduction in price, i was told that they "do not make any money on driveways", thus no. I canceled the work and will go with another company.

They did a good job, it didn't take them too long and it turned out nicely.

Resurface was neat and efficient in their work. The agreement was that they would lay the base and let it settle for a year before finishing the job. They were accommodating to my schedule, and the work was well above average. I am glad I hired them.
