+ -1 moreThe most expensive part was the lift rental - but it was clear that it was the ONLY way to work on the house. Eric did an excellent job and took the time to carefully replace all the moldings that joined the soffit to the walls. He is professional and explains why he is doing something in a particular way.
Description of Work: The eaves on the front of our 1920's home where rotten and had become a home to unwanted bird inhabitants. It was clear that the eves had to come down and be completely replaced. Eric rebuilt the eaves and fascia to look like the originals. He also replaced the detail molding on two of our gable ends of our attic dormers, in keeping with the design pattern of the historic moldings.
