On time, quick, polite, efficient.

Great except for the wait! But they have a nice waiting room.

Called, they needed a heated garage to do the work at this time of year. We don't have one, they came and picked up the car and returned it the next day. Everything went very well.

Prompt to give estimate, set date within about 2 weeks (had to order glass). Showed up promptly, cleaned up afterwards, even shoveled a path for my dog!!

Get the fog out worked well in 3 of 4 windows and only fair in the other. Replacement window was excellent and priced well. Work is still under warranty and will advise re the problem window.

Two guys showed up and performed the job with incredible teamwork - like watching a surgeon work with a nurse, except they did not need to converse much.

They are very good. We used them before to replace a windshield and we had to go back to fill something that looked like a hole from the inside. We had to go back three times. I think the insurance cover the cost for the windshield. They have a nice reception area while you are waiting and the ladies are very presentable. They are upfront about if you have to come back for appointment or if they can fit you in. They are very accommodating and weren’t too hard to find. There was one time they were doing a plug a hole for a donation, so I gave them $50 for that, but that was just a donation for some other charity. I have never had a problem with them. I only used them that one time and had an excellent experience and my husband went the other two times.

Excellent price with a guarantee. Requires some time to determine if the GTFO was successful. Workers were on time, professional and quick.

The experience went pretty good. They kept the appointment time. They had a nice waiting room and I was out of there on time. It only took around an hour... I had moisture in a few windows in my home. I had gotten a couple of estimates for replacing the glass. I called Ray Sands Glass to get a quote from them and I was pleasantly surprised when they told me that I may not have to replace the glass, and that there is a procedure now that can remove the moisture. I also found out that they do window tinting and I had heard it has good benefits on energy savings and it keeps your furniture, drapes and flooring from fading. I had heard it was expensive, but I figured I would get an estimate for that as well. When the guys came out, they told me that I only needed one side of my house tinted, that the rest of the house was fine and the moisture could be removed. Being that the estimate was less than half of the cost of replacing the glass and they gave a twenty year warranty, I hired them to do the work. It did take a few weeks for all the moisture to leave the windows, but they told me to expect that. I am a single mother and it is always such a worry to have work done, because you feel like you will be taken advantage of, so this experience was such a relief to know I was dealing with honest people, who charged a fair price and did good work. I would highly recommend Ray Sands Glass (already have) to anyone who asked.

This company is very courteous and professional. They completed the job in one day. They offered me the option of repairing the door in their shop as opposed to them coming out to my house, which saved me $49. I took advantage of this in order to save some money.
