+ -1 moreFor years, I had service done by the company I bought the mower from. However, they got more expensive, and then we had a disagreement about a botched repair job. So, I saw an ad for Pro-Tech, and decided to give them a try. I was afraid the mower was done due to the huge amount of smoke it was blowing. I described the problem over the phone, and he accurately diagnosed the issue and had me get motor nameplate information so that he could have the right parts. Pro-Tech does the work at your house. The bonus is that you don't have to pay for pick-up and delivery (I don't have truck), and he could show me the engine when it was apart; so I felt more comfortable that the fix would work (and it was worth spending the money on an older machine). Mower is now running great, and hopefully I can get some more years out of it.

+ -1 moreRod arrived on time and quickly replaced the element. He made sure the oven was operating correctly after the install and even gave us some advice on how to make a DIY repair on our dryer. We were totally satisfied.
