We worked directly with Anthony. Primo tiles consists of well over 45 years experience and Anthony alone holds over 15 years experience and it showed throughout our entire experience with this company. Their professionalism and knowledge was evident from our initial estimate. They were thorough and attentive from the first phone call to set up a free estimate, till the last time we spoke. What really stood out for me was how respectful they were when they were in our home, especially with their cleanliness. It's the fine detail work that I was most impressed with. I have seen many homes of DIY tile installation and some "professional" installations that appeared mediocre at best. Primo tiles is not one of these. It's nice knowing that when friends and family come over that our new kitchen tiles will be one of our best renovation projects. It's like we just moved into a new home! I would highly recommend anyone to invest into performing kitchen tiles and investing into a professional company definitely shows. I would recommend Primo Tiles to be a company to perform this work and will recommend them to all of our friends and family.

Anthony is an amazing contractor. Every time we contacted him, he was professional, friendly, organized and very quick to respond. He gave us an estimate immediately and scheduled us as soon he could. He is a perfectionist in his work and will not leave any detail unnoticed! When Anthony tiled both of our bathroom floors, he worked with us to pick out the best tile and grout for our bathroom. It totally changed the look of our dated bathrooms! He also fixed our damaged ceiling in our newborn's nursery. The ceiling was sinking and had damage from a water leak but you would never be able to tell! We've since had him do other odd jobs such as re-drywalling a doorway, re-finished and installed a new wood handrail and fixed our outdoor lighting. We are really looking forward to working with him this spring to remodel our kitchen with countertops, tile backsplash and new lighting. I would recommend Primo Tiles to anyone! Anthony was here when he said he would be and he even called us 30 minutes before he was due to let us know when to expect him. His work is very neat. He is very professional and answered all our questions. His work exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend Anthony.

I was very pleased with everything that Anthony did. We were in a unique and unfortunate circumstance when a previous contractor had backed out on us when we had already bought everything. I called around to many places and some wouldn't touch it, and others were priced fairly high. I got the Primo tile name from someone i had used in the past that had done some carpet work for us. I spoke to Anthony about our situation and he assured me that he could take care of it in a quick manner. He came over for a quote, among some other tile business's and we were very suprised in the quote when he left. He was almost 1000$ lower then some of the others and also said some very interesting things. He warned me that the tiles i had bought might be a little off shaped from each other. Something that our previous contractor never let us know. Sure enough he showed us that when set up directly in line with each other, some were a little larger or smaller then others. Again he assured us with the right pattern as they are laid down, it will not be noticed. No one else had mentioned that or knew enough to tell us that. From there i knew he was the one we would go with.One week later he was in laying down the boards I like when people are honest and upforward to us and Anthony was nothing short of this. The kitchen and front hall came out amazing. I can not believe how we went from an ugly rug that was glued down, to an amazing tile floor. We lucked out and i recommend anyone to call Primo Tiles and give him the chance to fix what you need. We are actually having him quote out some other things we are looking to have done.
