Before we signed the contract, we asked three times whether or not we needed a permit. Mark told us no all three times. As it turned out we not only did we need a permit, but we also needed a variance for the project. After some deliberation, we decided against going through with the project because of the extra time and cost of a variance. We cancelled and asked for a deposit minus the restocking fee for the materials. Mark would not return out money for some time. When he finally sent us a check he deducted the cost of a blueprint which we never received, administration costs, plus the cost for checking with the town for our permit. To add insult to injury he also added 15% profit fee on top of the other fees. Mark informed us after the fact that he doesn't worry about permits. This says a lot about a contractor.

They are very professional and they were very thorough in the initial analysis of the problem. They were also very good about describing in detail what was wrong and what needed to be done. They were also able to come up with a more conservative approach for the job when other contractors had not. It all worked out wonderfully and I would recommend them to anyone.

Pride Pro's came and poured new cement and did the grading for a new patio. They did a great job and cleaned up on a daily basis. I found them to be friendly and courteous.
