Called and also physically stopped by their office after several weeks for an estimate to do my driveway, never received one. Guess they don't need or want the job. Don't waste your time, move on to someone eager to perform the service.

The person I spoke with was very friendly and told me that someone would be out within a week. Five days later I received a call saying they were too backed up and would not be giving an estimate for this job. We are in the midst of a big structural project on this garage. We cannot continue until the paving is done. Pittsford Paving was the only company we had called so far for an estimate. We lost an entire week waiting for them to come out to give an estimate only to have them say they weren't interested. I have never written a review before of a company that we didn't hire as I generally think that is unfair. I also would not have minded being told upfront that they couldn't do it. However I really dislike that they made me waste my time waiting for them for a week when I could have been proceeding with someone else.

Everything was done to our satisfaction. They we on time, neat, and did an excellent job.

I called to receive an estimate for driveway service. The lady on the phone was very friendly and told me they would be out to do an estimate and leave it on my door or in my mailbox. I never heard anything else. It's been a few weeks now, so I'm going to have to assume I won't be getting an estimate.

I called for a driveway sealing estimate the 1st week of July 2014 and gave them my address,which they had on file as they put down our driveway last August 2013. They left a voice mail response the next day with a price of $ 180. I called back and personally spoke to a woman who coordinates this and told her the estimate was acceptable and to please schedule me into either July or August for a Thursday or Friday when they were in the area. She said she would forward my request on to the and quot;foremanand quot;, and that they would call me the day before coming out.. July came and went with no call. I called 3 times, each time the same woman took the call and said she would forward my request on to the foreman. Last Friday, August 22nd, I called and asked if I was on the schedule for next week (as it was the last week of August) and she told me I never responded to the estimate of $ 190. Amazing, 3 times I spoke with her and she had no recollection of my calling nor apparently any record of the other phone calls. Also, how did the estimate go from $180 to $190 ? I told he to forget it, that I would contact a responsive company to perform the work and that I was going to file a review with Angies List. Didn't seem like she cared one way or the other. Terrible customer service, especially to an existing customer who forked out $ 6000 just last year to get the driveway replaced !! .

We contacted Pittsford Paving Inc. and asked for them to come the beginning of August. They gave us a date and they came the day they said they would. They did a good job and I would have them do the driveway the next time it needs doing.

I did not use him because his bid was too high, he came out and looked at the job and his wife called a week later and gave me the dollar value for the quote. I never got anything in writing and I think that was weird for such an expensive job with very little detail, but he is #1 on Angie's List.

Promised estimate, not done. Promised job, also not done. Poor communication, unprofessional.

They were prompt, did what they said they were going to do, and followed up after the service.

Left a message and they called back a few weeks later. They hadn't opened for the season yet so I was surprised they actually called me back. Scheduled for when the weather would be better and they came out and did the job quickly with no complaints!

Came out on time, did good work, and charged me what they said.There is one low spot, but they say that is unavoidable with the small equipment they use; I expect they are right.

We weren't that pleased with them. They were expensive. They didn't do the greatest job and it took forever to get an appointment with them which surprised us because of the fact that they were expensive but they had a long waiting list so obviously somebody likes them and that's okay. They were not awful but we wouldn't use them again. They were professional and their quality was okay. It was mostly about getting hold of them and they weren't very pleasant on the phone.

Nothing happened so it was a big waste of time for a job that could have been done by now.

First call went unanswered. After 2 weeks, I called again and spoke to someone who said he'd come by and give an estimate. He enver showed a or called back. I called again and was told they were too busy to get to it but they'd contact me in the spring. By June, still no call. I called a week ago, no one has returned my call. If they didn't want the job, why not show common courtesy of saying sop, instead keeping the customer hanging on. When they did showup, it was a total surpise without warning. I wouldn't recommend anyone call them. If they are this unresponsive to a customer with a request for service, how could anyone expect them to communicate before, during or after project completion. Showing up unannounced is equally disrespectful.

They did an excellent job. They were very prompt. They offered us the lowest bid. They communicated well with us on how they were going to do it and how long it was going to take. They did more than what I expected them to do. They were very professional. I was asking for something and they advised me against it. I wanted a wider driveway so that I can park my car in the front end and they told me that they could do it but that it would detract from the appearance of the house and would not look good. So we didn't go for it and I was very happy about that.

They have a great reputation and did a good job.

Overall process was excellent starting with the phone call to their office. Received an estimate in less than a week and the work was done shortly after I returned the signed contract. The sealing job was done very professionally. Grass was trimmed and driveway was cleaned well. Plenty of sealer was applied in a very short period of time. The crew was very courteous.

The people who did the scheduling were very nice, but I agree with the other reports on this site: the person who did the estimate was unreliable and did not get back to us very quickly. Once we scheduled the work it was done promptly, which I appreciated, but the workers themselves were unprofessional - I tried to explain to them that we didn't want a particular part of the driveway covered, and the guy's answer was basically, "We're not going to do that because it's too difficult, but you can always get a hammer and chisel if you want to access that area." What was I paying them for? Also, they were listening to an obscene radio program and had no problems blasting it at full volume in my driveway while they did their work. I have children and did not appreciate this. I would have said something, but honestly they were not very nice people. Seems to me that there are plenty of paving companies out there, and I should have looked at Angie's List *before* I called this one.
