Al the work Tim has done for us has been of a high level and exceded our expectations. Tim and his team are very professional and are able to communicate to all levels of people with all levels of IT knowledge. They never make you feel bad about not knowing something, and don't throw acronyms at you without explanations. I would highly recommend their work.
Description of Work: We have been working with PC Results for almost half of a year now, and they have been exactly what we have needed them to be for us. Because they are a small company, they can provide very basic services and be flexible enough to do larger projects as well. We have outsourced our entire IT systems work to them, yet they remain very responsive, even if all I need is a quick service call to a residence.

Started services in 2000. Have used PC Results virtually every week since then with great results.
Description of Work: My company has used PC Results as our only technical support vendor for many years. Efforts primarily directed to network and server applications, but fully capable of dealing with all I.T. technical issues. I can gladly recommend their services. Always available by phone for help. Will be on site within minutes for emergencies. They can capably handle ANY technical I.T. problem. Friendly, understanding, knowledgeable and experienced. Anything we needed PC Results had successfully done at naother clients before. I can unequivocally recommend this vendor for any technical job you have.
