Description of Work: We hired them to clean our chimney and replace the bird screen on the top of the chimney. They did a good job; were very careful to keep the soot contained to their drop cloths. They finished the job faster than I expected. We recommended them to our son when he needed his chimney cleaned last year, and also was happy with their performance.

Description of Work: I called Ingrams asking them to come and clean out my never-used (since I bought the house, anyway) chimneys, leading to a fireplace and a wood stove. The young man who came did a thorough examination of the chimneys and alerted me to some serious problems with these aging structures. Though he spent a good hour on the examination and in explaining things to me, he did not charge me a penny. He suggested that I have Patrick out to give me an estimate on needed repairs. I did, and Patrick came out the next week. He again did a thorough review of the chimneys and made several recommendations for repairing the damaged liners and several other major faults. When I am ready to make those repairs, I will definitely use Ingrams.
