Palermo's Patio & Sidewalks

Be very careful with Mark Palermo; owner of Palermo's Patios & Sidewalks. These pictures represent a sidewalk in front of our home. The darker half was the original pour. The lighter half represents the part that needed to be re-poured due to rain. I think that the two halves do not match. I told Mark this and he said it was perfect and will blend with time. I told him I would feel better if the entire sidewalk was re-poured and he said absolutely not. It truly felt as if my opinion did not matter to him at all. Be careful.

We have used them 2 different times. Once in August of 2012 and another time during early of 2013. We enjoyed the quality of their workmanship. I followed the recommendations that they gave on what to do with the patio in the back, and it turned out to be very good. What they did was their had been an original small concrete section by the back door and a previous owner added to that to expand it. What I wanted them to do was expand it further. They recommended to make it look more appropriate, was to remove the 2nd addition and added a complete new section. That worked out very well.

They were excellent. Very good guys. It came out beautiful. They were aware and respectful of the landscaping that exists in the yard.

Their price was very reasonable. He was very informative when he came out. He was able to give me an estimate right on the flat. When I decided to go with him, he gave me some houses to go through and check out different samples and works that he has done in the past especially when it came down to color and design which I liked so at least I could see his work and go from there. He was a little behind schedule because of the weather so his punctuality was a little off but mother nature is mother nature and there is nothing we can do about that. I'm not picky about that, you only do what you can do.
