+ -1 moreThis company is working on my neighbors roof. During the tear off, they dropped several items onto my truck, not only setting off the alarm, but scratching the paint off. I have called the company, and also talked to the "managers" on site, and no one has had the courtesy of contacting me or offering to fix the damage. Best of all, they weren't even going to tell me about the damage, I had to go out of my way to confront them about it. Update: After posting the review on Angies list, the owner contacted me offering to pay for the damages as long as I agreed to remove the review. After getting three different quotes for the repairs, which came out anywhere from $600 - $1200, the owner refused to pay and said I was hustling him. All locations that gave me a quote informed me that they were going to have to completely sand down and repaint due to the damages.

Description of Work: I had a complete tear off and new roof put on my 1927 Colonial in Greece. Initially, the work performed look decent. HOWEVER...they did not cut out any soffit vents that were on my estimate and that I paid for.There was also an issue with missing flashing that was supposed to be put on where the siding meets the roof on the lower level and an issue with the rubberized piece they attached to the flat top above my garage. After ENDLESS calls, Mark, the owner, came out and tried to smooth it over saying they would be back to perform the work. A YEAR LATER...and endless calls and threats by me...they FINALLY came out and cut out and installed the soffit vents. They ATTEMPTED to fix the rubber piece that was now lifting off the flat part above my garage. ANOTHER year later....it is lifting off again...and THEY HAVE NOT come back to put the flashing on after he promised me they would. I was hesitant to write a review because he really is a nice guy and the roof itself looks decent....HOWEVER the piece above my garage looks like crap and without the flashing where the siding meets the roof also looks like crap. I'm seriously contimplating getting estimates to fix these things and take him to small claims court. I am sick and tired of constantly getting the run around from this company. Although the price was right...I guess you get what you pay for! If he had fixed these things, I would have recommended him to others...but...they haven't...so I won't.

+ -1 moreOnce over roofing did a complete tearoff of old roof. When job was finished they had not flashed around chimney that ran down the corner of the upstairs bath. When I calledone over to take care of it. 2 more phone calls to them finally got someone there.They then proceeded to flash the wrong chimney as the house has 2 ( the other for a wood burning stove). I called to let them know the wrong chimney had been flashed. They said they would take care of it and NEVER did! They would not answer any more phone calls from me and I finally had someone else take care of it after water ran down the outside of the chimney and damaged the ceiling drywall to the bathroom. I will never use Once over roofing again as they sure F*****D me ONCE OVER!!!

+ -1 moreI have used them before for another work about two years ago. They did a good job, the quality was good and the roof is not leaking. They were punctual and they always came on time. This time their estimate was very high. So I will not use them for this job because I got a cheaper quote from a contractor.
Description of Work: Once Over Roofing gave an estimate to put the rubber membrane for the roof a couple of days ago.

+ -1 moreHorrible. The roof Once Over Roofing put on destroyed all the remodeling we had done. There was not only damage, but bug infestation from bad sealing. They refused compensation, even though I bought a 10 year warranty. He told me to stop calling.
Description of Work: I hired Once Over Roofing to build the roof on a new addition.

+ -1 moreI would not hire Once Over Roofing again due to the fact that they left a lot of supplies on my property and damaged the house next door. Other than that they did an o.k job.
Description of Work: I needed a new roof on my house. Once Over Roofing took off the old roof and installed a new one.
