I grew up in an immaculate environment but just don't have the time or inclination to spend a lot of time and money on keeping a pristine home. From the Angie's List comments, Cleaner Houses Inc. was a no-brainer choice. The delightful owner Rhonda came to our home free of charge and gave us an estimate for an initial "Spring Cleaning" of our home in addition to prices going forward for cleaning once a month or once every two weeks. It was immediately evident that attention to detail was her priority. In addition to walking through the house and letting us know what to expect, she took the time to ask my cat's name and if he was apt to "bolt" for the door. Instant peace of mind that I could trust her and her team. Rhonda's team EXCEEDED my expectations. I got home last night to a house that was "mom" clean! NO SMALL FEAT. Soap scum in the tub that I was convinced would never come off -- POOF! -- completely gone. The attention to detail was amazing! Even the little candle holder we usually keep at the back of the stove (so greasy!) was sparkling. BONUS: The house didn’t reek of cleaning products (my boyfriend's pet peeve) -- unbelivable. We are inspired to keep things tidy between cleanings and have asked that Rhonda's team brighten our world every two weeks!

In the beginning I would have given them an A; now I give them a C. I will not use them again in the future.

I've been using Rhonda for about a year now. Her service is always consistent. On those occasions where I feel something was missed (that's VERY rare), I just let her know and she makes sure that it's fully addressed. I should say that I'm pretty picky and this is the longest I've stuck with a house cleaner. She's prompt, her team is neat and they are in and out of the house quickly - the benefit of using a team as opposed to a single person for the cleaning job! I just love the days she comes to clean!

This company was phenomenal. They came in and Rhonda was super friendly. I really enjoyed working with her. They did a phenomenal job cleaning. They even cleaned the walls. It looked absolutely amazing. I would absolutely recommend her. It was an overall phenomenal experience.

We contacted Customized Cleaning and I spoke with the owner of the company, Rhonda Dill. I explained to Rhonda that medical issues have kept me from doing the household chores that I once did and we needed cleaning help. We made an appointment for Rhonda to come to our home, walk through each living space, and provide us with what her cleaning company would do and the associated costs. We decided on a twice a month cleaning of 5 of our most used rooms, two full baths, and a powder room at a cost of $90.00. The initial clean, called a "Spring Clean" was a whole house deep clean ($225) that paved the way for our twice a month partial clean. We couldn't have been more pleased with the work done by Rhonda and her crew. The kitchen and baths sparkled, upholstered pieces looked fresh, and wood furniture gleamed. I am so happy to have found Rhonda and am so fortunate to have her and her crew clean our home. I can tend to be a very poor "putter-awayer" and Rhonda will definitely encourage me to have a place for everything and put everything in its place. Our home feels almost new again and it is a pleasure to spend time in our clean, fresh, sparkling home - with no clutter! My husband and I wholeheartedly endorse Customized Cleaning. Rhonda and her crew are the best!

It went very well. They arrived when they said they would. They did the cleaning they said they would and made sure that I was completely happy before they left.

FANTASTIC! Not only do they do a GREAT job on all the big stuff (Vacuuming,dusting, mopping, bathrooms) that you expect but the little extras they do are sooooooo nice. They fold the towels in the bathroom. My stuff is always put back where is belongs. my soap dish in cleaned out and is didn't even ask for it to be cleaned. they go the extra mile!!!!

Wonderful!!!!! Rhonda and her staff are always courteous and professional. My house is always sparkly clean after they leave!!!! Its my favorite day to come home and know that its gonna smell so nice and my kitchen and bathrooms are gonna be spotless. My carpets look sooo nice with all the nice lines in them. Rhonda and her crew exceeded my expectations! My house looks great! I had heard from my girlfriend that they were great but I was amazed. Their attention to detail was outstanding. I mean they even folded my towels fancy which was just a simple little thing but so nice. All the ladies were so polite and well mannered. They were in and out in a timely fashion. They were worth every penny and more. I would and will recommend them to anyone looking for a cleaners!

Price was comparable to other vendors After multiple visits I noticed the house was surface clean-tops of furniture dusted but not the whole piece of furniture, sinks & tubs ok, but toilets were not cleaned well. Used way too much product & water on my hardwoods-turned them milky. Owner recommended I buy my own hardwood product. Both the hardwood & ceramic floors were soaking wet each time they left. After using this service multiple times, I had my kitchen floor professionally cleaned as the grout had darkened noticeably. The technician said there was too much product and water used on it. The owner was responsive to my complaint about the hardwoods & did come over personally (immediately), to re-mop them. She said the person who did them was new and used to much product. I commented at the time, that her crew left my floors soaking wet each visit. The product ( Glista Clean) she recommended for hardwoods does work well, and after using it multiple times,my hardwoods are fine now. The owner is very nice, responsive and accommodating, but the quality of the work from her team was a B at best.

I had a busy holiday weekend planned and didn't have time to clean-up. I got an estimate right away which was very reasonable. They came and cleaned quickly and efficiently. Rhonda and her staff were very professional and thorough. The place looked great! I definitely give them a "thumbs up" and will use them again.

Good overall cleaning except that it was done very quickly, so that some items, like the bathroom vanity, sink, and faucet area were not thoroughly cleaned. The far corners of the carpets were not vacuumed.

The lady that comes to do the job is Wanda. She does a great job. She and her team of people come in and in an hour they will have the whole house cleaned. They do the work on time and they are efficient. They put everything back where it came from. We walk in the house and the house smells clean. I definitely rate them an A overall. I have recommended them to many people, and we sure will continue to use them in the future.

We couldn't be happier with Rhonda and her team. The house is spotless, they're fast and efficient, and they're very mindful of the safety of our pets (who are all indoors only). Rhonda is extremely systematic, efficient and responsive. HIGHLY recommended.

We were very pleased with the services. In about an hour and a half the entire house was cleaned. This efficiency works well for us as I am often home with the kids. We can easily find something to do for an hour and a half. Some of my neighbors have cleaners that take 3-4 hours but I feel that it would be an inconvenience to have to be out of the house for that long. All surfaces/floors/sinks were cleaned meticulously. They also do some special touches that are nice. The carpets were vacuumed in this neat pattern that made me not even want to walk on them! Bathroom and kitchen towels were all folded neatly on rods. Furniture was moved to vacuum in places that I probably haven't vacuumed since we moved in. The carpets just seemed to be cleaner than when we use our vacuum, perhaps due to the commercial grade vacuum they use. What a wonderful thing to leave for an hour and a half and come home to the whole house clean!

I am very impressed by how quickly Rhonda returned my call, set up appointment and had her crew out to service my house.I will be using her biweekly cleaning service at $90 per visit. I recommend her services to anybody who needs quality cleaning at a fair price.

Used poor quality cleaners, the hardwood floors and stairway handrails were sticky and without shine. The response included getting my own "better quality cleaner". Not only the job was unsatisfactory, but Rhonda's convenience was primary, and our needs were ignored. She left me with a house full of people coming to a dinner party, and did not clean the house because she did not bother to check the back door (texted instructions to enter the house), she found the front door locked and left without a phone call. She was rude, inconsiderate, and not very professional. I would not hire her again, and would not recommend her to anyone.

Rhonda was extremely thorough, punctual, efficient clean, pleasant and easy to get along with. Her crew were all friendly and courteous. She is extremely open to suggestions and requests and was flaxible with timing and arrival. I cannot imagine a better experience. We will definitely continue to use her and would recommend her to anyone without reservation
