Efficient, fast and did a good job

After leaving work early twice to meet with Rhonda, she no showed for both of our scheduled appointments that had been established a week in advance. The first appointment she left a VM stating that if she didn’t hear from us she would not be coming. Once we called her back to tell her we were expecting her, she had an excuse why she had to cancel our meeting. Rhonda simply no-showed for our second meeting without even the decency of a phone call. If she wasn't interested in my business, a simply phone call to tell me as much would have been the professional thing to do.

I had a cleaning service for a while, but decided I could do it on my own and save the money. But after a year, I realized I could not. When I went to call my cleaning service back they were out of business. I was not sure where to look for a cleaning service. A friend recommended Angie's List. When I did my search Customized Cleaning stood out. All the reviews were Great. So I gave them a try. I called on Monday, Rhonda came over on Tuesday and my house was SPOTLESS on Friday. GREAT SERVICE!

They did a very good job. There was only one very small disappointment, which was caused by a lack in communication. The pricing is a little on the expensive side, but it's worth it.

We use them regularly. They are very efficient and very thorough. They do a very good job. However, their prices are a little higher than some of the other companies around here.

After researching housecleaning on Angie's List, I called Rhonda at Customized Cleaning and set up an appointment for her to give me an estimate. The following week, she stopped by and walked through the house with me, discussing what they would be cleaning etc. as well as advising me of what they would work around (i.e., piano, flat screen tv, etc). The deep or spring cleaning is very intensive (and a bit pricey) but once that's done, their twice monthly maintenance fee is certainly reasonable. You can have cleanings scheduled bi-monthly, monthly or just a single visit. I have already recommended them to my sister.

She is very pleasant and efficient. She is fine to work with.

They arrived on time and Rhonda brought her whole crew with her. They were friendly fun, and willing to chat -- but also serious about cleaning. They divided tasks and immediately set to work. We have an old house with lots of dust and nooks, etc., and old fixtures int he kitchen, bath, etc. they cleaned baseboards and went under the beds - the house looked amazing. It was pricey (I'm not working right now) but absolutely worth it, and now it will be cheaper/easier to maintain this look. The best part is that because there are several people, it didn't feel like any one person became too tired (they worked hard!). Also, Rhonda is very serious about her company, and had some great advice for how to clean and keep things clean. I've already recommended her to friends.

I recently had a hip replacement and I am temporarily unable to clean my home. I contacted Customized Cleaning and Rhonda Dill came to my home and went through the house to assess my needs and gave me an estimate for cleaning. The estimate was fair and appropriate and we began the service. I am very pleased with the service we get from Customized Cleaning. I always receive a phone call alerting me that the cleaners are coming. Five to six women come and clean my house thoroughly. They are here about one hour and the cleaning is completed and my entire day is not tied up. There is no idle conversation; the women go to work immediately and stay on task. Rhonda is very flexible in the service she offers. We have talked on occasion about the degree of service I need and she is willing to adjust her service to my needs. I would highly recommend Customized Cleaning. The service is excellent and the price appropriate.

I had been wanting to call Rhonda for over a year based on the reviews, but couldn't swing it financially. With my mother-in-law coming to town, the time had come to take the plunge. Within 24 hours of calling, she and her crew of 4 other women came armed for battle and 3 hours later -- they won! My house was clean, sparkling clean! I can't say enough -- Rhonda and all the women were as nice as could be, eager to please, hard working, and extremely professional. Don't hesitate for a minute, call Rhonda now and pray she can fit you into her schedule!

It was a good job. Each girl had a job assigned and as soon as they entered the house they went directly to the area assigned. They were efficient and fast. The team was in the house about 45 minutes.

Rhonda & her team do an excellent job of cleaning our house. Her price is very reasonable for the size of our home. Her attention to detail is outstanding.

Rhonda came by to see the house before giving us an estimate. We walked through the house and she explained what they did, which gave us an opportunity to point out a few things (such as a request to keep certain doors closed to keep the cat out of those rooms). The time for the cleaning was arranged by phone. I was not there, so I did not see them in action, but the house looked great when I got home. I have scheduled a second cleaning and plan to have them come monthly. Compared to some other estimates I got, this was very reasonable and also flexible. For cleaning, Rhonda comes with a team of people, which means they are not in the house long, but it also means that I will most likely try to be out of the house when they come so that I am not in their way.

The services provided matched what was detailed by Rhonda. I was happy with the services provided and will use them again. I would recommend these services to a friend and to all of you!

Wonderfully. This is my first experience with a home cleaning service. I am thrilled. And Rhonda is so pleasant, professional and applies personal touches to the experience. She really wants to know what is important to you and is very conscientious about things like allergies or interest in different cleaning products.

This company is very pleasant and very efficient. They come in and they work very fast. The house, ya know, looks good! Since they started cleaning with us.

Rhonda and her crew did a very thorough initial cleaning, including the baseboards, doors, corners of the ceiling/wall area and ceiling fans. Their bi-weekly cleans are extensive as well and they do a good job of disinfecting the bathrooms and kitchen and always get out the new stains in our kitchen sink each time. They are receptive to questions and additional requests, like cleaning the basement on a periodic basis. Rhonda and her crew have been very polite and respectful of our home and are willing to be flexible about the time of our cleaning to accommodate my family's schedule.

Rhonda and her crew are very professional and detailed oriented in their cleaning. I was delighted to see certain things cleaned in my house that had not been considered routine cleaning by other services I've used in the past. They are prompt, considerate, accommodating, deliver what they promise and are a joy to work with.
