Very well, they were responsive gave me a good price. The guys showed up and were very quick and professional we were very impressed with the quality of their work. I only wish they would have given us a window of time for their arrival b/c I could have gone out but instead I was stuck at home waiting. But other than that I would definitely be a repeat customer.

We decided to use the services of this company because we are old customers. Or better, we were customers, because for sure we don't want to have to deal with them in the future ever again. Despite the fact that I made very clear that I wanted to be informed in advance about the day when they would come, nobody contacted me and so I came back home a Friday evening to find out that I couldn't park the car in the driveway due to the work done, nor could my guests that we had that evening. On the phone, the owner of the company later explained to me that they did try to contact me, but he could not read my phone number in my handwriting. That aside, if it were truly pressing for them to complete the job that day, (although I had previously informed them that it was NOT urgent on my part), they could have at least emailed me. Additionally, I had complained via email about a depression on the driveway where water was pooling after it rained. It had not been there prior to the sealing and were careful not to walk on the driveway for the first 48 hours. The owner stated that this was not their fault and he would not be willing to come to check it out. He continued to try to justify his stance with technical information that was not really here nor there. Furthermore, since my first language is Italian and I have an accent, he asked if maybe I would understand better if someone spoke to me in my native language. After futile attempts to try to communicate my point, I asked him if he was going to do something about the depression in the driveway. He replied, "We didn't do it ", and that was the end of the conversation. Respecting the contract signed, we paid them and they cashed the check. Needless to say, we won't be using North Coast's services in the future.

The only suggestion I have is for them to offer a way to fill cracks prior to sealing.

I have my driveway sealed every 3 years by North Coast. I make my late summer appointment by the end of May and get a 15% discount. They do a great job and are very neat. I'll be back!

Very disappointing. The driveway is new. They sealed the driveway without being properly cleaned. They sealed over geese droppings and pieces of mulch. The driveway was pooled thickly with sealer on top and all over edges of driveway. The sealer was applied very unevenly. We have a spot in the middle of driveway which is noticeably faded. We also have some areas where the sealer is very thick and gummy. We addressed the pooled sealer with them right on the spot, but on some areas the sealer still looks very thick. We are now concerned about driving over this thick sealer which could possibly stick to our tires, and damage our brand new garage floor.

We have a 950-foot paved driveway. Since we're up near the Lake in Hilton, we get a LOT of snow drift as well as snow fall, and today it was particularly bad due to a snow storm. I called six plow services on Angies List, most of who didn't respond to my calls, said they didn't plow in Hilton, or wouldn't be able to get to me by the end of the day. North Coast Sealing responded VERY promptly to my email and voicemail -- in just three minutes!! -- and was at my house within half an hour. He did a great, quick job plowing, including clearing snow away from our garage so I could get out, and was very friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them and would use this company again.

The whole process was friendly, efficient, and very professional. I called, they gave me the quote, set up a time frame, and they arrived as suggested. The gentlemen did an excellent job, and the driveway looks great. The only complaint was from my neighbor because one of the guys was smoking, BUT I do NOT care, but it was a funny observation to list, and she too agreed the gentlemen did an excellent job. I will use them again.

Easy to talk with, kept me informed of schedule outlook, called the day before to confirm. The work was done efficiently and neatly - no mess at all (nothing spilled on grass or garage). It looks great. The driveway was blocked off with an attractive sign hung from two tapes secured to steel re-bar posts - so great in this windy area!

They were easy to contact. A real person answered the phone -- when requesting the initial estimate and for follow up questions. Everything went as described. Since this is a weather dependent service they call one day ahead of when they will do the work. The men doing the job were professional. The work was neat and done quickly.

Everything went smoothly from scheduling to the work. I have been using this company for over 10 years and they always do an incredible job. They do a great job edging around the driveway with a trimmer before applying their sealer. They use a quality sealer which lasts a long time and holds up well to our winters.

I called North Coast Sealing in mid August and asked about having them seal my driveway. At the time, I was told they were planning one more trip out to my area before the end of the season and they could do the job. I received the paperwork promptly and sent it back to them. On the paperwork it stated they would complete the work by October 31, 2013. It has been almost 1 months since I signed the paperwork and mailed it back. I called today to follow-up and see if they had an estimated date for the job. I was informed that plans had changed and they were not coming and I should go find someone else to do the job. It felt like someone just said "Oops! My bad. So sad" and nothing more. I was shocked and very disappointed. It would have been nice if they had called me to let me know. I wouldn’t have been aware that North Coast Sealing had changed plans unless I had called to follow-up.

I have had North Coast seal my driveway every other year for a number of years. Last time was two years ago and I do not remember the price but it was a non-issue as it is always competitive with the many free estimates I find in my front door every year from assorted sealers. The work is neat and tidy, they consistently show up at the scheduled time or call if there is a weather delay, Judging from how well the work holds up I have to believe they use quality materials. I intend to continue using their services and have no hesitations about recommending them.

They came within the specified time and did a good job.

They did a thorough job of removing weeds and edging the driveway.They brushed the sealer into the drive in two directions, insuring that the driveway was well covered.One note is that they do not do extra crack filling.

Last year we had a new driveway put in. At that time we were told to have the driveway sealed next year. I called several companies for estimates and North Coast was the only company that responded in a timely manner. We had a window of time when the driveway would not be in use; we wanted to have the driveway sealed then because it would be most convenient for us. I called and spoke to someone in the office on 7/10. That day they mailed me a written estimate. I mailed back the signed document accepting the proposal and the driveway was sealed 7/20! Fantastic! I am very happy with the great customer service and how quick this company was to respond.

This company has done snow removal for me for 2 years. I have to leave for work at 5:30am and my driveway was always cleared. They removed all the snow from the driveway and entrance. When the season was over they came and checked to see if any repairs were needed on my lawn due to plowing. They were great and I'll call them for the coming season.

Very good experience setting the appointment. I have a show car that I need to get out of the garage on the weekend. The office scheduler worked hard to make sure they came out on a day that would allow me enough time to drive on the driveway before the weekend. She called a couple of times before they could schedule it around my schedule. Very patient and courteous.

They were the only company that answered the phone when I called. The receptionist was very nice and provided me with an estimate over the phone which matched the final price for the driveway sealing.

North Coast Sealing came over and sealed our driveway while we were gone. When we came back everything was done very well and the work-site was well picked up.

I really like North Coast Sealing, and have hired them for ten years. They take care to not tear up my lawn and come out each time we have three inches of snow or more. They are dependable an come out early enough for me to get an early start myself.

My overall experience with North Coast Sealing was excellent. They did a nice job sealing my driveway. The worker was very pleasant, too. I would recommend them.

North Coast Sealing is clean in their work; they do not slop on the house or lawn. They do a good job and put grass back on the edge of the driveway. North Coast was recommended to me and I have now used them twice. I am very satisfied with the work.
